Company Overview

Established in 1902 as a family business. We offer expert water well and pump repair services, plumbing services, water quality testing and conditioning, including natural gas solutions. Customer satisfaction is our priority and commit to getting it right the first time!

The company was established by our great-grandfather in 1902. Our grandfather ran the business until 1970. I, Carlton Burnette, took the reins in 1978 after my mother ran the business. Carlton Burnette Jr. is part of our team and has extensive training and experience, not just in plumbing but also in related areas, but also in customer service and business practices.

As a Madison, FL native born in 1962, I have deep roots in the community. Our family has been part of the Madison community since the late 1700s. I graduated from Madison High School in 1980. I also completed a two-year program at North Florida Junior College in plumbing and pipe fitting. I served in the U.S. Navy from 1982 to 1986. I have a wonderful spouse and two children.
