Serving the community since 1902 as a family-run company. Our services include water well and pump repairs, plumbing repairs, water conditioning and testing, including natural gas solutions. We value our clients and ensure the job is done right the first time!

The company was established by our great-grandfather in 1902. The business was operated by our grandfather until 1970. I, Carlton Burnette, took the reins in 1978 after my mother ran the business. Carlton Burnette Jr. contributes to our team and offers a wealth of knowledge and experience, in plumbing and associated services, but also in customer service and business practices.

As a Madison, FL native born in 1962, I have deep roots in the community. My family has been connected to Madison since the late 1700s. I graduated from Madison High School in 1980. I graduated from North Florida Junior College with a two-year degree in plumbing and pipe fitting. I served in the U.S. Navy from 1982 to 1986. I have a wonderful spouse and two children.
