Company Overview

Serving the community since 1902 as a family-run company. We specialize in water well and pump repairs, repairing plumbing issues, water conditioning and testing, and natural gas service. We value our clients and ensure the job is done right the first time!

In 1902, our great-grandfather opened the business. Our grandfather managed operations until 1970. My mother maintained the business until I, Carlton Burnette, began in 1978. Carlton Burnette Jr. is part of our team and offers a wealth of knowledge and experience, not just in plumbing but also in related areas, but also in customer service and business practices.

I was born in 1962 and have lived in Madison, FL my entire life. We have family ties to Madison dating back to the late 1700s. In 1980, I completed my education at Madison High School. I also completed a two-year program at North Florida Junior College in plumbing and pipe fitting. I served in the U.S. Navy from 1982 to 1986. I am happily married and a father of two.
