I had water damage in my new house from a clogged drain pipe. Another plumbing company unclogged it and then gave me a $8200 estimate to excavate the pipe and replace it. After one week of delays and excuses, without being able to fully use my bathrooms, my real estate agent gave me a referral to Burl's plumbing. They gave me a second opinion for free: turns out that I was being scammed for unnecessary work. Burl's plumbing resolved my problem the very next day with only a $1500 bill! They were thorough, polite, fast and showed and explained me everything they did. What a blessing!

Very pleased with every aspect of this company. Communication, punctuality, integrity, workmanship and pricing. We had drain issues in the kitchen and these guys persisted until the problem was solved. Highly recommend!

My husband found Burl's Plumbing on Thumbtack. We are in the process of selling our home and needed a licensed plumber. It was Friday afternoon and we needed at least an estimate before the option period was over on Tuesday. They quoted me over the phone after I sent some pictures and explanation. They also scheduled us for the repair on Monday. He came right on time between the work window 9:00-9:30 as they promised. He also texted before coming. He explained the repair and gave us the most economical efficent way of repairing. Also assured us that it would pass inspection. He was able to repair in less than 45 minutes which was awesome. Very honest, trustworthy, and professional. We are always looking for a great licensed plumber and we are so glad we finally found one!!!!! Thanks Burls's Plumbing!!!

I hired 7 contractors to redo my master bath. Of them, Burl was the ONLY one that I didn't have to either fire or ask to fix anything. They went above and beyond and did things I didn't even ask for, such as lower a drain. They did it right the first time.

My water heater quit and was about to flood my garage. Burl and his son came out immediately and stopped the leaking then replaced it that afternoon. Excellent job.

These guys were great! Very professional & friendly. They came to our home twice and quickly diagnosed & took care of problems with our water pressure, leaking faucets, and water heater. They arrived when they said they would and thoroughly explained to us the work that needed to be done. We had complete confidence in their work ethic and ability to do the job well. They did not disappoint! We will definitely use them again.

Burl came and gave a free estimate to put in a sump pump for my RVs waste disposal He wasn't the most expensive and he wasn't the cheapest. I work with wounded warriors so I have a soft spot for vets so I decided to give him a chance. I was very clear from day one what I wanted. Dig one trench for electrical and plumbing have rvs hard plumbed )( I even showed him how it was currently hard plumbed). We were moving RVs from one side of property to otherside and now need a pump. When I decided to do the pump I called Burl and he said he could start in two days. I asked him if worked with any electricians before and he recommended one ( another vet) so I called him and made arrangements for him to come out the day before and figure out everything he needed ect. Well the electrician didn't show up either day ( i know Burl is Plumbing but now I am in a bind ). This made me scramble to find another electrician on short notice. Then Burl said they don't work with electricians and I would have to dig a second trench for electrical.
Also he said he didn't bid to do the hard plumbing so for an additional 500 dollars he would hard plumb. Oh wait he didn't bid for the water for the pump (another 450 dollars) oh and the second trench will cost me another 600 dollars. Every other plumber had no problem working with electricians and using same trench. So now it is 1500 dollars more than initial bid. I am in a bind because it needs to be done this week as I have scheduled time and gotten truck to move RV. He had said 1 day. I made a mistake of paying him as he said they were almost done and he would take a check since I had to leave before they would be finished.
I got home and not finished and in addition the back yard is all trenched up with crazy zig zagging pipe. Now I cant put the built in fire pit I wanted because has laid this willy wonka pipe all through my yardwith at least 10 curves in it instead of a straight shot with two 45 degree turns as we discussed so it ran next house instead of all thru yard. So five days later they are still working in back yard. The pump was supposed to next to fence so we could back up RV's straight. Instead it sticks out 7 feet from fence and in order to back up RV to park it takes an act of God to maneuver around pump and ends up wasting my yard for 12 feet from fence since after 3 hours of inchining and backing and manuvering a 6 thousand pound trailer this is as close as I can get it to fence.
In addition the pump needs to be vented so he put in a 2 foot vent that stinks up yard. He came out and said it doesn't really have to be vented. I call the manufacture who says it absolutely has to be vented or fumes will go into house and it will dry out p traps. He agreed to put pipe in taller than RV's When I go back outside as he has finished the pipe is 6 feet tall and again this willy wonka crazy contraption.
Now I am having to have the whole thing dug up again and done by a plumber. It is going to cost thousands of dollars more but it will be done right. Burl doesn't return calls or answer texts. He absolutely has ripped me off . The sad part is he seemed like a stand up fellow and tried to fix but after three weeks and a lot of aggravation as he does what ever he wants and changes things in mid work after agreeing how to fix it I need to call a plumber in who can actually do it right. While they were nice, Beware!

We realized that our drain under our house was broken and we needed to have a plumber locate the break. We called Burls early in the morning and asked how much it would cost to locate a break in a drain line and we were quoted $300. They arrived around 2 as the said they would be but when they got here my wife was told it was $300 for the first hour and then $200 per hour after that. That's not what we were told over the phone, but we were stuck because it was getting late and we didn't think we would be able to get anyone else out that day so we went ahead with it. My wife said they were very nice but we were pretty upset that it cost us $200 more than we were quoted and they never marked on the floor with tape where the breakage was even after I asked him to over the phone. Also, a video of the pipe inspection was supposed to be included but after phone calls and emails we never received it.

They also sent us an estimate to fix the issue and it was more than 3 times the cost of the company we ended up using.

We were very disappointed with this company.

The BEST of the BEST... North, South, East and West. It is RARE these days as businesses are ONLY out for your money. They do not have a caring bone in their human body. However, these guys "ARE GREAT!"
In addition, the young male who is expecting a baby girl, my mom and I wish you and your wife triumph in life. Thank you for a job well done.
