Burls Plumbing is bad news. After paying him over $36,000, he demanded another $20,000 to finish enough to get the inspection. I paid him $8,450 and ask him to waive the rest until I got the inspection. Burl and Daniel threatened to remove the leaky plumbing they had installed and walked off the job. Stay away from these guys or you will get screwed.

Burls plumbing quoted over the phone 85.00 plus parts.
His Tech came out and determined we needed to replace a
plastic water valve part to flush the toilet. He went to get the part from the store which is about $15.00. The Tech called his boss to find out the cost. Burl quoted $175.00 to install a fifteen dollar plastic part which took five minutes. A total rip off! Beware! not to be recommended

I had a small water leak of my garden hose bib, consulted couple companies, Burls with the fast response and availability: when it comes to the price it's around the same but they gave me the quote out front with no hidden charges.

Daniel did an amazing job fixed the leak and examined the pipe to make sure there's no leak. Also moved the pipe through exterior to another corner of the house, the new pipe looks clean. They use great quality material.

They gave me a second opinion for free: turns out that I was being scammed for unnecessary work. Burl's plumbing resolved my problem the very next day with only a $1500 bill! They were thorough, polite, fast and showed and explained me everything they did. What a blessing!

My husband found Burl's Plumbing on Thumbtack. We are in the process of selling our home and needed a licensed plumber. It was Friday afternoon and we needed at least an estimate before the option period was over on Tuesday. They quoted me over the phone after I sent some pictures and explanation. They also scheduled us for the repair on Monday. He came right on time between the work window 9:00-9:30 as they promised. He also texted before coming. He explained the repair and gave us the most economical efficent way of repairing. Also assured us that it would pass inspection. He was able to repair in less than 45 minutes which was awesome. I hired 7 contractors to redo my master bath. Of them, Burl was the ONLY one that I didn't have to either fire or ask to fix anything. They went above and beyond and did things I didn't even ask for, such as lower a drain. They did it right the first time.
