Stay far away from this company! Not trustworthy! I had a sewer line backup at the house. Tore up the driveway, instead of replacing bad piping that was causing trouble just cleared it supposedly. They promised me it would not happen again! They charged me $3500 for the job and 3 times later it happened again. I tried to get them back to correct what they should of done in the first place (replace bad piping) but wanted more money and $350 for a camera scope inside the pipe. They are horrible! Never again! They will rob you blind!

Pro: They fixed the issue with my Water Heater. Technician was courteous and appeared knowledgeable.
Con: Price was not transparent. They told me the part was under warranty and I'll pay just for labor. They gave me a ""Flat Rate"", but the technician could not tell me how the price was developed. He said he did not know cost per hour, just told me that the owner gave the price. and there was no way to find out where the price came from.

I discovered a problem with a pipe in my basement Sunday morning and E-mailed Burlew Mechanical that day. I received a reply and by Monday Brian came to my home, gave me an estimate and had the job completed on Tuesday. It was not a dire emegency but not simple job by any means yet sent over a worker who completed it in a matter of hours and allowed me to resume normal daily activities by late afternoon. I am more than pleased and would recommend them highly.

Burlew Mechanical workers are arrogant, nasty, confrontational and try to intimidate people. They have no respect for property and I would never use them or recommend them. They weren't even working on an issue at my home but a neighbors business and they blocked a driveway and when asked to move gave us a hard time. They dug a hole and dropped pavement and dirt all over my lawn. Very inconsiderate!
