Two leaks fixed for a reasonable price, parts and labor $206. The one leak was time consuming due to it's location under the house. They used shark bites to fix the leaking pipe under a trailer. Which it is in an extremely tight and very undesirable area. They arrived on time, were courteous and took their shoes off before entering our house. I would hire them again. At this point I give them 5 stars.

So I did hire them again. This time to fix a no water situation at my rental property. The well is in the basement and all the plumbing is easily accessible. The pressure tank was bad and needed replaced. I hate plumbing and own this property with two other people so I have no desire to fix it myself, although that is what ended up happening. They showed up on time and did replace the tank. However they used shark bites when the pipe should have been soldered. The shark bites leaked. So he did come out in a timely fashion to fix his error. Over 3 hours to replace both leaking shark bites (at no cost to me). The tank was not the only issue and water was not restored to the property. I spent a lot of time doing plumbing work that I hired these folks to fix. They should have tested the work rather than just replacing the tank and bolting towards the door. The problem is that she is somewhat knowledgeable, he on the other hand is not. The problem is you have to pay for two of them at $58/hr per person. At that price you can hire a master plumber who doesn't cheat and use shark bites.
