I have used Burkhardt Plumbing Company many times over the past 10 years. They are totally professional, on time and reasonably priced. They explain what they can do and how much it will cost and they stick to it.

Wish I could provide a better review but we called Chris and he said he could handle our job later that week- he gave us Thursday or Friday as possible days. Thursday we didn't hear from him so that evening we called, tried to leave a message but messages were full, AND texted. We didn't hear anything back (it is now almost a week later) and feel like we wasted time waiting for someone that never had any intention of completing our job. Very upsetting because we would rather support a smaller business than go to one of the bigger names.

Chris and His son have done four projects for me since I have moved into New Brighton about 2 years ago. I was looking for a local New Brighton plumber who would be close, reasonable and nice to have working in my home. They are all of that and could not be happier with them

Chris and his son, Michael, did an amazing job on meeting our plumbing needs and also in customer service. We own rental properties and needed new shut off valves installed in the units. They arrived on time and immediately set to work completing the installation within an hour. They also double checked that there was no leakage after the water was turned on in the units. Also, they fixed a couple of other things needing repair as they completed the installations. The price was fair for the work completed and are on my list as the ""go to"" plumbers when we have plumbing issues.

I've used this company twice. Once to replace a faucet in my kitchen and second to replace a water heater. Both times they were on-time, courteous and offered a great price for the work/equipment they provided. We got a second quote on the water heater replacement and the difference in price was over $1,000. Highly recommend this company!
