My fiancé's water heater went out. Burkes came out immediately, had a new one installed within a couple of hours. No one even missed a shower. We'll definitely use them next time we need plumbing or sewer service.

It's disheartening to go to your basement to find it half-flooded because of a broken water line, but in this day of pandemic, it's downright scary. Who knows if someone's willing to make a house call, let alone whether they can get the job done. Burke's guys, AJ and Cody, showed up the day I called. Before they entered the house they removed their workboots and were professional and courteous the whole time they were there. For them, I'm sure mine was a minor problem -- a leaky pipe. It was in a tough spot, in the ceiling behind the water heater, but they were in and out within an hour, and most importantly, I'VE GOT RUNNING WATER AGAIN!!! Not only that, they didn't break my spine with the bill. I will strongly recommend them to anyone, and since I'm remodeling my bathroom this Spring, if I have another problem, I know just who I'll call.

Once again, I am compelled to extol the benefits of working with Mr. Codey Burke of Burke's Sewer & Drain Services, LLC.
Readers of this website may think from my earlier review on Google and Facebook that I am an advertising mouthpiece for Mr. Burke's business. My extension, absolutely yes. But other than this, nothing could be further from the truth.
I write only favorable reviews after service and work is completed, and only if such work measures up, or exceeds, acceptable standards.
Last week I faced not only a clogged main water line, but also break in the seal at the base of a toilet and subsequent flow of water that was close to swamping the basement.
As always, when I telephone Codey, he is always at the other end of the line (no waiting for days for a return call), and he is consistently ready to squeeze me in to his already busy schedule.
In less than twelve hours, Codey assessed the damage, pinpointed the source of the problems, and repaired all while on site. There was none of this running around to get parts, disappearing for hours, and delaying or postponing work for days.
Codey tackles the problems on the spot, resolves all issues, and provides clear explanations for the root cause of the problems, and what might be expected in the months and years to come regarding vintage, iron pipes, which are slowly outliving their usefulness.
Need I say more? Probably not, but I will.
Mr. Codey Burke of Burke's Sewer & Drain Services has proven without a doubt his resourcefulness, skill, professionalism and, at the end of the day, reasonable invoice costs for work rendered. Without peer, Codey has proven to me he is reliable, honest, a terrific person to know and to trust, especially when one is faced with those difficult, complicated, and worrisome plumbing issues.
