Highly recommended. Walter replaced the motor and motor module in my central air system last month. In addition to this replacement work, he serviced both systems and repaired some damaged crawl-space ductwork. Timeliness of response, quality of work, and total professionalism was far above others. As an example of above-and-beyond, he even painted a semi-rusty outside fuel gas line (which had been seen many times by others) to reduce the likelihood of additional corrosion.

Service was done early in the C-19 quarantine period and my wife was very concerned about having outsiders near our kids. Walter called about 20 minutes before the appointment to ""prepare"" us for his arrival. When he did arrive, and without asking, he had anticipated our uncertainty and was fully masked and gloved - made us feel very safe in these unusual times.

While Walter's business is new, he has been in the industry for a long time and his experience shows. Unlike others who seem determined to absolutely price gouge urgent-need consumers like me, Walter is focused on safe, very high quality, work at very fair pricing.

After my very positive experience with him, I moved all my regular service contracts to Burke's. Recommended without reservations.
