They were fast, easy to work with and dedicated to finishing the job. Jeremy was on the scene and determined that my plumbing was over 100 years. Using modern technology, he mastered the fix quickly and under budget too. If there were 6 stars, I'd give them - this job was muddy and awful and they did it beautifully.

I spoke to Chris, the Service Manager, at Burkell regarding getting a comfort height toilet to replace our older, lower toilet. He explained the differences in types and brands of toilets, with a strong recommendation for Toto. I called back with my selection and a few days later Rachel called and scheduled a 9:00 to 10:00 installation time . Well, right at 9:00 Bill arrived with our new throne. He was pleasant and efficient and it was apparent that he knew his stuff. There was a hiccup when an item from the factory was missing. Turns out he had to go to San Rafael for it. He made great time and had our new Toto installed. The price was as quoted over the phone. Bill was great and if I could request a plumber in the future, it would be him.
Heartily recommend Burkell Plumbing. They are the complete package.

We had an emergency (while on our vacation) with the hot water heater in a rental unit. After surviving the 4th of July weekend, Rebecca from Burkell sent Rolf out to survey the issue and the next day we had the new water heater installed. They were very accommodating since our tenant had to meet with them on our behalf. Everyone was great and we are thankful to have them so close to us in Sausalito!
