I have asked Burkell to help out with replacing a toilet, among other issues. Chris recommended a particular one, which turned out to work great, plus his quote for replacing it was accurate. This despite the fact that a different Burkell plumber came over to do the replacement after I picked up the toilet and he said it was a difficult job because the old toilet was complicated to remove. He did not charge any more for that. This is typical for these plumbers. They are very good about coming out within 24 hours of your call, especially if you call in the morning.

They were booked all day, but said they would check with the plumber closest to my address and see if he could stop by on his way to his next appointment.
