We have used this plumbing company for a long time. The woman that answers the phone in the office was - to say the least - rude and crass when I inquired about the owner of the company: his official job and did he come to homes. I have steadily lost my trust and belief in this company and will no longer do business with them.
I work too hard for my money to be treated so shabbily by their plumbers and this witch who answers the phones in this office!! Good riddance!!

If you have hair stuck in your drain Im sure they can probably clear that up for you right quick, maybe 2 hours at $150/hr, but if it involves something as complicated as opening a wall you'll apparently need to hire a contractor. Also, make sure to budget in the time it takes them to go to the supply house to buy a piece of 2"" in PVC because they dont carry such rare plumbing materials around with them in their PLUMBING truck. They charged my $225 dollars for opening about 1' of ceiling, poking around and telling me that they couldn't reach the part of the pipe that needed to be replaced without cutting around a duct, which was too difficult for them and for which they apparently dont have insurance for???. In all it was, no exageration, about 20 minutes worth of actual labor. He took about 30 minutes to repeat over and over again the explanation he had given in the first 3 minutes of why he couldn't fix it, and then charged me for that time, as well as the time I spent opening most of the ceiling for him.

Always great service! Since they are an actual company and not a one man band, they will always answer the phone and get you scheduled right away. I have never waited more than one day and often they will come the same day. Truly professional in every way. After 35 years in the same house and having tried likely ten plumbers, this company the real deal.

I have hired Burkell Plumbing for a number of jobs over the years and their knowledgeable, very nice technicians have always arrived on time, have communicated with me well and have provided excellent service in general. Their service is, however, very expensive.
