Company Overview

With 35 years of experience, Burke's Plumbing is here to meet all your plumbing needs. Whether it's residential, commercial, or industrial, we’ve got you covered. Our primary focus is on service and repair plumbing, remodels, and repiping. Each year, we replace and repair hundreds of water heaters. There’s no plumbing task too big or too small for our team!

Burke's Plumbing began its journey in 1981, founded by my father, Richard Burke. My grandfather was also a plumber, continuing the family tradition. My name is Lance Burke, and as Richard's son, I am honored to lead the company as a third-generation plumber. As fourth-generation plumbers, my nephews, Ken and Steve Burke, continue our family’s plumbing tradition.

As a diverse third-generation plumber, I learned the trade from my dad and grandpa. For more than 15 years, I have held a journeyman plumber's license.

Several years ago we spent several hundred dollars on a state-of-the-art Kohler toilet, with selectable flushes. Last week it started running constantly. We were unable to contact our usual plumber, so we called Burke. We specifically told the order-taker that we had a Kohler device, and that we just wanted it repaired - - probably, we guessed, with a new gasket - - or with an appropriate OEM part.
The technician they sent was very polite and personable. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part we asked for. He said he could return to town to get one, but would have to charge us another $200 to do so, so he installed a generic old-fashioned flush valve.
This one requires us to hold the flush lever for 5 seconds to complete the flush, and we cannot select a partial or full flush. Furthermore, it doesn't fill the tank properly, so we have to manually add water to the tank to flush the next time.
Now our $600 toilet has become a cheap hundred dollar toilet in a Kohler body, that cost us over $200. Never again!!!

Don't bother calling Burke Plumbing. Don't make my mistake. They replaced my leaking water heater very quickly, which was appreciated. Later I found out they adjusted the settings on the water pipes to the clothes washer and even the settings on the washer itself. These adjustments nearly ruined the machine. Please call any company but Burkes.

This was our second experience using Burke's Plumbing and both times has been great! Late today, just before closing AND the day before Thanksgiving, our kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Jorge was dispatched and quickly came to our rescue. He assessed the problem quickly and got to work. He did a great job!

Ripped me off. I paid in cash got a receipt from the technician so I called to Make sure they received my payment and the technician didn't even put me in the system and pocketed the money. Will not recommend them or use them again!

We had an issue that required Burkes to move our water heater so some work could be done. They also had to take care of some plumbing issues in our kitchen and bathroom. They showed up on time, hooked up our water heater so we would have hot water and cold to the house while work was being done. The guys were so professional and really great to work with. Once the work was done they were right there to reconnect everything. Just a great company to work with.

This morning
Burke Plumbing chose our Alleyway to occupy
Prohibited Yakima Waste collection from Garbage Collection
They lied about about this directly to my Wife
I have pictures that prove they lied to her.
here's a couple of them showing how completely the block it for hour although they could have used the front main steet for access.
Poor job guys.

Jesse and Adrian were quick and efficient fixing a problem with our business. They took pictures along the way to keep me updated on the progress since I was not about to go into the crawl space! Would highly recommend these professionals!

I had a leak in my irrigation line which is connected to a Rosa irrigation gateway. I stopped by Burke Plumbing and they offered their services. I showed a picture of the leak and had already exposed the pipe. I stated a 4 inch pipe. That afternoon a plumber showed. He only had 3 inch pipes so had to return to get the 4 inch fittings. He then cut the existing pipe but was not prepared to stop the leakage which comes from Rosa gateways. After spending time trying to bail out an unending flow, he called for help. Another truck shows up but no equipment to stop the pipe from leaking. Finally another truck shows up with an inflatable balloon which stopped the leakage. It was getting to the end of the day so they came back the next morning to attach the couplings and pipe to complete the job. Meanwhile I was billed 4.5 hours for their journey man and 4.5 hours for an apprentice. Considering the job should have been 2-3 hours and performed by one journey man the charge was extreme. Firstly a one man job at $150 an hour should have been the amount charged. Why I was charged for their apprentice is beyond me. Then when I complained I was assured Rich would call back and we could discuss my issues. He never did. So I ended paying $225 an hour for fixing my leak and charged for 9 man hours. Bad company to do business with.
