Our nearly 20 year old furnace heats a large commercial building. With winter coming on, it failed. Jim and his son came swiftly and, accompanied by a few curses for the lack of light and piles of tools in our furnace room, Jim reworked the furnace entrails and said it was still a good furnace, didn't need replacement just yet. Then he looked at the four ""zones"" that the original supplier put in, said they were confusing the furnace, and offered to fix the system, which he then did. After all these years, our old furnace is doing the very best job ever of keeping this old building and its huge lower half-basement level very evenly heated. We appreciate that he was willing to work on an old furnace, and when we need a new one, he's the man.

I could not be more than pleased with Jim and his son. Jim and his son have provide great work and use common sense when completing their tasks. The pricing is fair and best of all they are honest. While completing some plumbing work, Jim noticed the furnace was not working correctly, he could hear it. He took the initiative to solve the problem right then and there. I later asked the tenant how is your furnace working now? She said great, what did you do. I told her it was not me who fixed it, it was Jim and his son who you should thank. I am beyond pleased with their results. Now when I have plumbing or heating/AC issues, I just make one call and I know I will be treated fairly and it will be fixed right the first time.
