Excellent! Buri Buri Plumbing is ETHICAL! They are honest, upfront, good quality work yet efficient, professional, and ETHICAL! I am in awe that a company like this exists. From the first call with Maria, the receptionist, she quoted me a price immediately (for sewer line camera from our cleanout all the way to the street + video for me to keep). We set up an appointment very soon, and Justin came out today, 7/15/2024. He was very professional, no nonsense, and completed a camera line inspection from our pipes all the way to the city line. We had more questions, and he patiently and professionally spent his time explaining in laymen's terms the details of our plumbing system. Most surprisingly, there was no upsell! Justin just told us the problem spots and offered short-term solutions and long-term solutions, none of which were outrageous, and all of which were consistent with our knowledge of our pipe system. After, Justin gave us a USB of this video, which was incredibly well narrated and specific, describing each frame that the camera scope was pushing through.

I've hired a few different plumbers in the past few years, and each of them were dishonest, unprofessional, refused to give me a price quote upfront, obviously lied to my face, and tried to upsell services by thousands of dollars right on the spot. These unethical plumbers in the past would then do a half ass job and complain, all the while acting like they were doing us a favor. So I was pretty jaded and discouraged when I needed to find a plumbing company for this job. But I am so happy to have found Buri Buri Plumbing!

I asked my classmates on our Alumni page if they knew a reputable plumbing company? I had several choices but settled on Buri Buri plumbers. I believe in my classmates and wasn't disappointed. Maria who took my call was extremely cordial (I was not paid for this review)
She managed to fit my mom in the very next day which caught me by surprise. Teddy, the service guy was awesome. The fee was acceptable and I couldn't be more pleased. Yes, I will use them again and would happily refer them. You won't be disappointed. It's nice to have an honest company who values ethics over gains. They're worth it.

I highly recommend John and Buri Buri. Excellent service and explanation of what is happening and what needs to be done. I think fairly priced and overall a great experience. Who can say that about a situation that requires plumbing service? They also arrived same day! Was recommended by another plumber so that also says something!

I compared Buri Buri with another highly rated plumbing company and Buri Buri Buri was superior in their honesty, expertise and pricing.

I have used Buri Buri a few times in the past and they have always been very responsive and done very good work. I'm finally getting around to writing them a 5 star review because of the honesty and expertise they showed with my latest plumbing repair.

Last week, the cartridge in my 25 year old shower valve was leaking so I called two plumbers: Buri Buri and another plumbing company with thousands of Yelp reviews and a 4.7 star rating.

Buri Buri: ""We can replace the cartridge, but it will take two visits because we need to figure out what parts to order."" Buri Buri bills by the hour but gave me an estimate that it would probably cost ~$500 + parts.

Other highly rated plumbing company: ""Your shower valve is really old. We won't be able to replace the cartridge. We will have to cut the dry wall behind your shower and replace the shower valve. That will cost you $2,985.""

I went with Buri Buri and have a working shower again. Thanks Rich, Teddy and Maria.

I had a situation with my sub pump which caused a bit of flooding. I called Buri Buri Plumbing after they had closed but I got a call back minutes later and Teddy came out first thing the next morning. Their customer service is always above and beyond. I have used them several times and have never been disappointed.
Teddy was very knowledgeable, professional, neat and courteous. You can't ask for anything more.

My mother, who is 90 years old had a major plumbing issue and I called Buri Buri for service on the same day. They were booked up, but they squeezed us in and did a fantastic job. Nicole and Rich are so professional, friendly and sympathetic to a customer's problem. Today was the only day we can have the service done since we were having a Xmas party at this location the next day. Teddy, the gentleman who fixed the plumbing issue was so informative, professional, efficient , and kind. As a consumer, we always look for honest people and Buri Buri is second to none.

Noticed water on my bathroom floor, discovered it was a leak coming from the bottom of the toilet. Spoke with Rich, he had me send pictures via email of the leak. I received a call within the hour from the office and set up an appt. for the very same day. My problem was solved and fixed on the same day. Very impressed with Buri Buri's customer service, as well as getting the job done in one day. The plumber that came to my home was very courteous and professional.

Our shower was clogged and needed repair. Buri Buri provided expert advice and went beyond in making sure our shower plumbing was in the best condition possible. They were up front of the cost and their prices are reasonable and fair. The two gentlemen that came to our house were professional and courteous the entire time. Called this morning about a leak in my kitchen and they were here in two hours. Teddy was patient about explaining and testing the fix (which turned out to be a loose faucet sprayer) Would definitely call them again!
