We needed new faucet fixtures installed on our outdoor garden hose locations. Actually, we needed four. Two outlets for each faucet. Rich was very thorough and professional and did a speedy repair of all! We also had an old kitchen faucet that was leaking and coming loose from the counter. I had purchased a new Kohler one to install. Rich explained to me that the Grohe faucet I had was still functioning and just needed to be tightened (which he did) and have the hose replaced. I am still debating whether to keep the old faucet as is or install the new one, which I have to admit I was eagerly anticipating having a brand new faucet on the kitchen sink!
If you need something fixed, call them! I'm pretty sure they will be able to help you. Quality work too. Our new faucets are practically bomb proof now!

The BEST. Response time was great and Rich snaked our outside pipe which had backed up and used the camera to show us the blockage. Just a really decent, honest guy with great professionalism and know how. We have found our plumber. Finally, someone trustworthy and knowledgeable.

I called Buri Buri Plumbing to replace a toilet that had been causing problems for years. They were knowledgeable, brought the correct toilet for the space, installed the toilet, cleaned up and took away the old toilet. I was very pleased with the price and the workmanship. Sewage lines backed up on our bathrooms on a Friday morning. Needed somebody to come before the weekend so it wouldn't be a disaster. Called my regular plumber Guy Plumbing and they referred me to Buri Buri. I asked if they were in South City and indeed they were, my home town.

Must be karma. Rich and team came in the afternoon all the way down to Menlo Park as promised and dealt w/ the issue quickly and explained what they were doing and why. Would NOT hesitate to call Buri Buri again. HIGHLY recommend them.

My water heater stopped working - I called Buri Buri and Rich was able to come out the same day - he tried relighting the pilot, but it would not stay lit, so I told him to go ahead and put in new water heater (old one was about 20 years old). He was able to install the new heater the next day and as an added bonus, he saw my son trying to fix his bicycle, so Rich helped him with that. Never seen that type of service before. For the water heater, it was a set price, so no hourly fees. Thanks Rich and Buri Buri. Will definitely use you again.

I would like to recommend Rich from Buri Buri Plumbing. My job turned out to be simpler than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I learned a lot from Rich and he was very respectful and on time which is really important to me.
