My water heater stopped working - I called Buri Buri and Rich was able to come out the same day - he tried relighting the pilot, but it would not stay lit, so I told him to go ahead and put in new water heater (old one was about 20 years old). He was able to install the new heater the next day and as an added bonus, he saw my son trying to fix his bicycle, so Rich helped him with that. Never seen that type of service before. For the water heater, it was a set price, so no hourly fees. Thanks Rich and Buri Buri. Will definitely use you again.

I would like to recommend Rich from Buri Buri Plumbing. My job turned out to be simpler than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I learned a lot from Rich and he was very respectful and on time which is really important to me. He was a pleasure to work with and I am definitely going to be using him for any future plumbing jobs I have.

Called Buri Buri Plumbing for a stopped up shower drain. Rich came out and fixed the drain in no time at all. It's a family owned business, hardworking, honest, individuals. They gave me a window of time as to when he could come over, his wife checked in with me to let me know when he was on his way - good service! I highly recommend - prices are reasonable.

Hi Neighbors, I just want to give my highest recommendation to Buri Buri Plumbing. Last week we had a whole house plumbing backup. I called my insurance company whose contractor declined to help us out because the job because it was too ""unsanitary"". In desperation, I called Buri Buri Plumbing. They were super busy that day, late on a Friday but somehow made time for me. The technician figured out a solution, actually engineered a way to solve what has been in the past a VERY messy problem (i'll spare you the details) without making ANY mess at all, a small miracle! Then he continued to work to completely clear the line clogged with roots for several more hours, well into the evening on a Friday night. He was super conscientious and thorough, and a very nice guy to boot. Nicole who runs the front office couldn't be nicer too. It is rare these days to meet professionals who care as much about the people they serve as Buri Buri Plumbing (650-206-2874). BBP is the way to go!

I am writing this on behalf of my husband, Edwin who spoke with Rich today and he found him thru our Nextdoor recommendation at the Highlands. Even tho' Rich has projects lined up and unable to help us with our hot water leak problem, he gave my husband some good advice and was really helpful. It is too bad that Rich is presently unavailable but will surely have him down for any future need of a plumber. Rich was awesome. Super friendly, helpful, professional, and he knows what he is doing. He is an expert, also very honest and open, and overall just really trustworthy. If you have any plumbing issues- call him!!

We called Rich and found him on Nextdoor. We bought our home just a few months ago and really needed some advice on small issues around the house. Before he even came out he was really helpful over the phone, explaining some
of my plumbing observations. We had a weird knocking noise in our pipes and he asked me to send him a video first before he came out since he charges by the hour. We tried to get our contractor to address he issues we observed, but contractors are not plumbers.

We had Rich come out because we needed someone we could trust and someone who would help educate us on house plumbing. Rich came and within minutes found the noise issue and diagnosed the problem. He then explained to us the issue and how we could fix it. Luckily our issue was not an emergency so we will try to get the contractor to come out one last time to fix things. If not we will definitely call Rich again.
