Called on a Monday and they were able to come out the same day. Ryan was awesome and fixed a couple of issues for me. Would definitely use them again. Btw... a couple of places I called didn't return my calls at all. I guess the way of the world now.

Lee and his apprentice were great! They worked together really well - especially when one had to be in the crawl space while the other is on the first floor working the drain pipe from above. I had a really tight space in the laundry room and they were able to install my water heater by relocating the dryer out in the hallway. They were very courteous and professional. I liked the fact that they rolled in a ""paper carpet"" so they wouldn't track mud and also had coverings over there shoes. While they were finishing up the job, I asked if they could check out the rest of the home's plumbing...they found a toilet whose shut-off wasn't working and found an area around the tub that caulk wasn't covering. They came on time, left the house in cleaner condition than it was before (especially that area under the dryer), and was patient in explaining a first time home buyer (without any condescending) how to read the water meter to look out for leaks.
