Had Burgie's come to redo a shower valve in a bathroom remodel. They were great! Fast response, and very accommodating. I paid them and we were good. Once the tile folks showed up they said the valve was not set back enough and they had to move it to accommodate the tile and backer board. I called Burgie's twice to tell them about the problem and have never received a response, thus the drop in rating. Good company, nice folks and...

We had a burst pipe at my parent's house, and Burgie's was super responsive, came out within a reasonable time frame and provided us with excellent service. ""JD"" was our plumbing technician. He showed up on time, did a fantastic repair job and explained everything thoroughly, including the repair cost right upfront. Would highly recommend using Burgie's Plumbing - will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing repairs or installs.

My water heater pilot light would not stay lit; so no hot water. I had family from out of state coming in for a few days to visit so we needed hot water badly. I called on Monday late in the day. Logan came out within an hour and diagnosed the issue as the gas valve in the heater. He said it should be under warranty as the heater is only a year old and the valve is a weak link. I called on Tuesday morning to be sure the valve was ordered for next day delivery..it was. The part arrived via FedEx by 11:00 am on Wednesday. I called Burgie's to let them know. Logan arrived within an hour and had the heater up and making hot water in less than half an hour. Very pleased and have put them in my phone in case I ever need a plumber....Good Job..Thank You!

Burgie's Plumbing did an awesome job installing a new shower valve in our home (Cliff Rose sub-division). Logan was punctual, polite, and professional. He took great pride in his work, and it shows . . . really nice custom copper pipe-work and soldering. Our new Delta system is wonderful . . . . much better than the old Mixet system. Thank you, Burgie's, for doing a great job at a great price. If/when we need future help with plumbing, we will be calling you!!!

Several years ago our water heater went out on a Sunday morning so I called around and and got a guy on the phone who was on call at home. I explained my situation and he was at my house in less than 2 hours with a new unit in tow. That turned out to be the best experience we've ever had with any service provider since we moved to the area 12 years ago. I was very happy to see Travis's name in one of the reviews for Burgie's, so I gave them a call when I needed our disposal replaced. I called and they scheduled my service and told me I could either buy a new unit or they would have one on their truck when they came, so I went and bought an upgraded unit similar to the one that had lasted 12 years. The tech. Logan, arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was extremely polite and got right to work after surveying the job. He removed the old unit and had the new one installed in less than an hour to everyone's satisfaction. I could not have asked for a more professional experience, Logan was awesome. I would highly recommend Burgie's to anyone who might need their service. Thanks again Logan.

Had a leaking toilet that I could not fix so I called Burgie's, since I had used them couple of years ago and was very pleased with the results.
Logan came out and fixed my leak and changed out three of the feed lines which were the old braided cable type. All went smoothly and he was very professional and cleaned up after he was done. The bill was very reasonable. I recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Hi, I love in Villages of Lynx creek during summer. I had them out last year for a gas water heater and a new toilet! Both installs better then originals! Water heater Gas now to code! Yesterday 6-11-2020 had Jasen take care of a leaking time bomb. Having a bad heart I found the first leak and just too weak to repair. Jasen took the job over replaced corroded piping and his Talents did a better then ever repair! In my younger years was a Handyman did it all. I will recommend him highly and money,Talent and value for the money well spent, gave him a nice tip! I will recommend Burgies Plumbing to my neighbors! BTW has the best handwriting I have ever signed ticket!
