Called and spoke with owner Mark about servicing my heating system. He was able to get someone out that same day and they did a great job! They even looked at the propane fireplace to see if they could help with an issue with that! Highly recommend!

This week we have to look for plumbing to change our water heater. Called a few places but Burgees plumber and heating called me right away. Mark a swear all my questions and was very courteous. The next day they were at my house changing our water heater.

Came home from work to a leaking water tank. We just moved into our home in July so we did not have a plumber yet. I made some calls first thing Saturday morning and Mark from Burgess Plumbing called us right back. He was able to give us a rough estimate of the costs over the phone which other companies would not do. I was able to give him all the information he needed and by Saturday afternoon we had a quote. He arrived first thing Monday morning on time with all the needed supplies and his price was exactly as quoted. Extremely professional and got the job done quickly. His price seemed very fair (25% less than a more commercial type company who gave us an initial quote). We would definitely use Burgess Plumbing again and highly recommend.
