I highly recommend Dan Burgess and Burgess Plumbing. I had a plumbing emergency after hours and called Burgess Plumbing as a new customer. Dan Burgess was responsive, professional and reasonable in price. He fixed the water leak quickly avoiding thousands of dollars in water damage . Great customer service!!!!!!

We've used Burgess Plumbing twice now and both have been good experiences. The first time they replaced the wax rings on our toilets (they were crumbling into pieces after 20 years), and the second time they cleared a drain clog in the master bathroom. Both sinks, the shower, and the tube drain were clogged to the point we had standing water everywhere. I worked on the drains with a plunger for about 6 hours, and got rid of the standing water, but water still drained very, very slowly. We called Burgess the next morning and they arrived within two hours. The plumber used a powered auger to clear the clog (hair) and had everything back to normal in about an hour. Price was very fair, and we were happy once again.
