Jeff Burger is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, experienced, and is an all-around nice guy. On short notice he replaced our old toilet (did a very neat job) and during the process went above and beyond by answering many of our plumbing questions. His prices are also very reasonable. Most recently I called Jeff today and described the situation over the phone, with a gas smell from our water heater. Jeff arrived within an hour and took care of the gas leak.

I hired them to fix a water heater. He came out and was pleasant enough but misdiagnosed the problem. I spent $150 for something I didn't need. Called them back several times, was nice about it, and he never returned to fix it and never offered to help.
