The supervisor, who was named Ken or Kent was good. The others who worked on the project were like the three stooges. One works while the others watch, but you get charged for all of them. One guy was obviously a helper, not a plumber, but we were charged full rate for him too. And, don't expect them to show up when scheduled. I would only hire them again if they send one person, but not if they send a crew.
