I had a leak in my water heater and they came out within 20 minutes. They gave me an estimate, then went down - picked up the water heater and replaced it within two hours. They were fast and very polite. I would definitely call them again.

Nick is awesome! We needed a sink, faucet and dishwasher installed in our 1963-built home, the sink was a heavy cast iron type and the dishwasher was to be the first this house had seen, so part of an old cabinet needed torn out to accommodate it. I'd estimated this project was going to take a few days and that the first visit was going to give us the estimate and then we'd schedule out for the actual work - not so!

Nick and Derek were able to get to it that same day, and it was all complete by the afternoon! I couldn't be happier! And they did a great job, explaining what needed to happen, cleaning up as they went along and being nice guys throughout.

This couldn't have been an easy job as the cabinet was likely original to the house and up against a cement brick wall, but the end result looks very good and everything works beautifully! Nick even hooked up a new switch for the garbage disposal so we didn't have an extra cost from wiring up the new dishwasher - very much appreciated.

All in all we are VERY pleased with the service, the craftsmanship and especially the cost which I though was reasonable. Before he left we even scheduled him to return and fix and outdoor plumbing issue that wasn't major but needed attention - something we wouldn't have known about if Nick hadn't pointed it out.

We'll keep Burd's as out go-to handyman for sure!
