Burbank sewer services is fantastic! 100% recommend.
Great pricing and super friendly staff.
Had a camera inspection and jetting of my sewer.
They found a big hole in the line so I had a section of my main sewer line replaced and they did a top notch repair.
They informed me of Burbank's SLURP program so I'm getting a statement credit for the inspection.

Called on a Friday to find out about getting a sewer line inspection and video for Burbank Slurp program. Easily received an appointment for that Saturday. Employee came out on time and performed the service in about 1.5 hours. We had no problems in our line so he gave us the video and even had the forms and envelope ready for me to mail into the city. Easy and professional transaction and I would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with their service, to hyro-jet the main sewer line. The technician video taped the sewer line after the ""procedure"". He even provided the rebate form ($150 rebate from City of Burbank) and thumb drive inside an addressed envelope to Burbank Public works.(IMPRESSED!)
I paid $300 for the service, because I participated in Burbank's ""slurp"" program. Otherwise, regular price is $350.

Don't use FOOTHILL PLUMBING, they asked for $695 to do the same job. Others asked for $550 to $575.

My 91 year-old, widowed mother was recently taken egregious advantage by an unscrupulous plumber. Mr. Rooter informed her that her sewer line, from the clean out at the edge of the house to the center of the street would have to be replaced, at a cost of $27,777, after she had already paid him $13,500 for plumbing done under the house.

I called Burbank Sewer Services. Pam, in the office, was very cordial on the phone, and immediately informed me of the City of Burbank SLURP rebate program. She arranged for Robert to be at my mom's house as soon as possible that afternoon. Robert was courteous, professional and efficient. In 2 1/2 hours, he had cleared the sewer line of roots. He informed me of his progress at every step, showing me the camera inserted into the sewer line. The total cost was $375, minus the $150 SLURP rebate, for which he provided a thumb drive and a form with an already addressed envelope, ready for my mom to return to the City.

I recommend Robert and Burbank Sewer Services to anyone looking for an honest and professional plumber.

I'll admit, I was a pessimist and thought they were too good to be true. Carlos was informative and efficient. We had a slow down in our main sewer line. He put a camera down, showed me the roots in question and then cut the roots out. All in 1 hour 15 mins and it was $190 total ($150/hr rate)
If you live in burbank, they give you a $150 utility credit for this service and this company provides a DVD of your line to verify to burbank for the S.L.U.R.P. program. Great experience. Will use them again! Carlos was great.
