We tried for a month to get an appointment with him but he would cancel at the last minute, order a part for us and use it for something else, and then just didn't show up for our rescheduled appointment today and isn't responding to calls or texts anymore. Incredibly unprofessional. I'm sure we dodged a bullet, I wouldn't want someone so unprofessional touching my fireplace.

Dennis Burbank , in my opinion, is not a good business to use. We paid him and he did not complete the job . He avoided calls and text for several days and then when he finally returned our messages he said it was because he spent our money we paid him and could not finish the job because of lack of funds . In my opinion he is a thief and based off his blocking our phone numbers he agrees with our assessment. Do not use this business. DOPL Utah and Sandy PD and Taylorsville PD he has active warrants, have been contacted. Dennis if you read this , be a man and finish your commitment.

He's the absolute Best! Saved me thousands of dollars fixing my gas fireplace after being told it wasn't up to code and I would have to remove all my stone and spend upwards on 10K. He's a lifesaver...

A trainee from Burbank Gas Fireplaces came twice in early Dec 2020 and did a nice basic service on our gas fireplace, but it died again a few days after he left. Dennis agreed to finish the work himself but missed three appointments in a row without letting us know. Their business is awkward in that they ask store clerks to call customers and request credit card payment as supplies are purchased. They also ask to be paid incrementally for parts & labor, with no invoice. It's awkward--not what I'm used to anyway. By mid-January 2021 we lost hope that Dennis would return to finish the work so we had to start from scratch with another company.
