""Rocky"" came to my rescue when the (turned fully OFF) angle stop (wall shut-off valve) suddenly failed while I was completing a routine flush of the toilet fill valve. IT BLEW MY MIND! I never knew that a valve that was turned all the way OFF could suddenly allow full-force water flow.
I made a call to BP Plumbing, and Rocky was at my door in less than 1 hour. He came fully equipped with all the right tools and parts, and quickly resolved the situation.
I found him to be a personable, hard-working, knowledgeable young man that had been very well trained by his Dad (Moe).
I found the pricing for labor and parts to be very reasonable.
Overall, a very positive experience.
I would not hesitate to call B.P. Plumbing for future plumbing issues.

I needed someone to extend water and drain lines in two places, I already had sheet rock removed . A guy I had lined up quoted $150 but had an injury and kept delaying so I found BP and gave them a call as the work was delaying other things I wanted to do. Moe sent his guy out within an hour. HUGE lesson learned, get a quote first!!!!!!

His guy was there for 4 hours which included time he needed to run to the store. His guy was a great guy and helped with some additional miscellaneous basic things, with me not thinking about the rate I was paying. Total bill... $500.

So they charge $125 an hour and you pay for the time for them to run errands to get supplies they run out of... or you are paying even more than that. Keep in mind, this wasn't a plumbing emergency at 2am... this was mid-day during the week and a fairly simple job.

Mor Jr fixed several items in my kitchen including a stuck garbage disposal. He even went out and bought a part and invented a way to fix 2 difficult bathroom drains.
A dishonest plumber advertises as BP plumbing so do not be fooled.

BP plumbing came over to my house and expertly replaced my kitchen faucet that had been damaged by San Jose's extremely hard water. They also repaired my faucet in my half bath. I had another plumbing company look at the same half bathroom faucet and they told me that that type of faucet can't be repaired and can only be completely replaced. Moe and Rocky repaired it without having to replace the whole faucet. They did it at a fraction of the previous plumber's estimate. An honest, expert plumber is worth his weight in gold! That is what BP plumbing is; honest, expert plumbers! They will be my only plumbers as long as they are in business. I highly recommend them.

This guy is great! He came to install a tankless water heater and did a really good job. He even replaced some pipes for us because they were really old. He took his time and really knew what he was doing. Very professional and educated us about certain things we needed to know. I would definitely use him again for other things and refer him to anyone! Only downside is they're based in San Jose and don't know how far they would go, but sometimes he has jobs in the east bay; lucky for us! They're awesome!

Called Moe and he was the only one who told me to get the parts from GE warranty without any free estimate waste of time things. Then I have Moe's son Rocky and Junior came and fixed the water heater thermocouple part at 9pm (after their long day) with great pleasure. Price is fair. Thumbs up.

BP Plumbing recently came out to replace our water heater. They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up well. I'd definitely recommend for similar jobs.

I had Moe and his helper put in a new kitchen faucet, disposal, and a bathroom sink stopper and drain flange. The bathroom sink leaked underneath onto all the contents of the cabinet. The hose connecting the disposal to the air gap was kinked and so my kitchen got sprayed with water, soaking the floor. He was here less that 4 hours and decided to ""round up"" the bill.

I called Moe at BP Plumbing and they were wonderful. Stuck to the price they quoted. Our fixtures were still warranted so I received new parts by mail from the manufacturer. They put in the new parts and figured out how to put it all back together for me. It was like a puzzle, but they did not give up. I will call them whenever I need work. So happy I finally found good plumbers.
