Unfortunately the owner, Mo, has retired, so I was a little hesitant about his son, Rocky, who has taken over his dad's business. Rocky had come along in his teen years with his dad, and well, he was definitely a teen...

Rocky did a job for me recently, and I found out that he is every bit as polite, knowledgeable, competent, honest, modest... Well, I can't think of any more positive adjectives right now. Fine young man who knows what he is doing and who won't overcharge you.

Good and quick service! From now on, I never call any other plumber except BP Plumbing!
Mo and son Rocky have been to my house 3 times, for washing machine drainage, a leaking water filter, and a clogged kitchen sink.
Each time they diagnosed and fixed the problem the first time! No repeat return calls. They are friendly and professional, too.

Found BP off ""Nextdoor.com"" and boy, they are 'as good as it gets' for this Yelp review.
Our vintage shower (with vintage pipes and fixtures) in our 1940s home was dripping for weeks and my husband refused to get involved in 'old house' plumbing.... so BP got the call.
The washers/stems had to be removed...and were more than likely ORIGINAL to the house and had never been removed/replaced!

Rocky came by and was prompt and got right to work. He got off the handles and stems of our vintage fixtures with care...as I pleaded with him NOT to force or break anything! The vintage tile in the shower could not be replaced. And I was fearful of an astronomical bill with someone forcing old metal to respond quickly to a wrench (or wacking the old tile in the shower).
Rocky took the parts to a local plumbing store and got everything he needed and came back with all the correct parts and pieces the FIRST TIME.

The job was done correctly, quickly and the cost, very reasonable. Our shower works like a charm with the original vintage fixtures back in place.
Rocky also fixed our laundry room faucet which lost a screw months ago. And I couldn't turn the handle of the faucet without it falling off.

KUDOS and 5 STARS for BP!

And I'm having them come back to fix a leaky outside faucet and for a quote on a water heater.

This is a long overdue review, as I looked for my paperwork. Mo came out and did a fantastic job for a sticky problem we had, charging a very reasonable fee. We actually had tree roots growing into a toilet in a rarely-used bathroom, and he successfully dealt with that and with finding the correct spot to dig in in order to install a new clean-out. Believe me, that was a tough job as it had to be a bit of a guessing game and took a lot of HARD work. I was impressed that he sent his helper under out house to get a good look at the pipe layout before starting work. I would use Mo any day of the week--thanks, Mo!

""Rocky"" came to my rescue when the (turned fully OFF) angle stop (wall shut-off valve) suddenly failed while I was completing a routine flush of the toilet fill valve. IT BLEW MY MIND! I never knew that a valve that was turned all the way OFF could suddenly allow full-force water flow.
I made a call to BP Plumbing, and Rocky was at my door in less than 1 hour. He came fully equipped with all the right tools and parts, and quickly resolved the situation.
I found him to be a personable, hard-working, knowledgeable young man that had been very well trained by his Dad (Moe).
I found the pricing for labor and parts to be very reasonable.
Overall, a very positive experience.
I would not hesitate to call B.P. Plumbing for future plumbing issues.

I needed someone to extend water and drain lines in two places, I already had sheet rock removed . A guy I had lined up quoted $150 but had an injury and kept delaying so I found BP and gave them a call as the work was delaying other things I wanted to do. Moe sent his guy out within an hour. HUGE lesson learned, get a quote first!!!!!!

His guy was there for 4 hours which included time he needed to run to the store. His guy was a great guy and helped with some additional miscellaneous basic things, with me not thinking about the rate I was paying. Total bill... $500.

So they charge $125 an hour and you pay for the time for them to run errands to get supplies they run out of... or you are paying even more than that. Keep in mind, this wasn't a plumbing emergency at 2am... this was mid-day during the week and a fairly simple job.
