Requested quotes through Yelp on a Saturday morning and Adhemar was quick to be available and do an inspection as soon as possible. What seemed like a minor leak was much worse. He stayed late and even got parts needed right before Home Depot closed. Returned to finish the job the next day and made sure the dirt from the dig was cleaned up. He cares about the quality of work and it shows. Fair price for considering the timing and other factors of the job.

My experience with resolving a clogged kitchen sink was good thanks to Adhemar's prompt and efficient service. Upon contacting him, he responded quickly, and after sharing pictures of the kitchen sink's p-trap, he offered a competitive price. Adhemar came over promptly and did a snaking procedure, although it was unsuccessful. This clogging issue had happened two years ago and had required a huge effort from a different plumber to resolve. Adhemar then used his equipment with camera to assess the pipe condition. From the camera image it was clear that the aging pipes had accumulated excessive greasy residue, causing the snaking procedure ineffective. Because of this, Adhemar proposed a comprehensive solution involving the replacement of the old pipes under the crawl space and from foundation to the existing 2-way clean out outside the house, re-grading and re-strapping the kitchen drain to extend the lifetime, and installation of 2 clean outs (1 under the sink and 1 on the exterior of the house through a vent). The whole work was done professionally and cleanly. The crew was responsible and dedicated. They worked long hours to make sure we can use the water before they left. Given the time invested and the quality of service, the pricing was reasonable and justifiable. Highly recommended.
