Texted this place and set up a time for him to come over because my water heater problem since the reviews are very positive, he said he just needed to do one estimate then it will be my place next.
I waited for 2.5 hours and he didnt show up. I thought okay understandable because maybe it takes a long time for him to work. I texted him back asking for an eta (this is 2.5 hours later) since i had to leave in 2 hours to run errands, he ended up didnt reply and didnt show up. No notice or nothing.

The last thing you want to wake up to is a busted main sewer line but that happened to me. I checked yelp and got multiple quotes but Adhemar with Bunnies Plumbing was able to get out to us, give a reasonable quote and start right away. While the project only lasted a couple of days he checked in with us throughout the negotiation and even after the project was done to make sure everything was in working order. The technology was also great since they did not need to dig up my lawn and actually only needed to dig in the front and back of where they were replacing. Not totally sure how it works but it went under my lawn versus having a trench dug up. I recommend Bunnies if you want an honest plumbing company that is willing to work with you.

Full five stars!! Adhemar and his team helped us with installing a sump pump discharge line. They did an amazing work after diligently diagnosing the drainage problem that we have around the house. First they did a flush of the existing french drains, to make sure that we really need additional work. They analyzed all possibilities and proposed the best and most cost effective solution. Always on time, very professional, very efficient and hardworking team. Will definitely use their help in the future. Highly recommended!

Update 10/20/2023 for a project on 10/13/2023:

We hired Adhemar again for hydrojetting which left our pipes shiny and clean! We also hired him to refit the shark bite for our main line. He did a fantastic job for the both of them and, per usual, he was accurate with his estimates (no hidden fees). He also fixed our dishwasher plumbing that was apparently clogged (water spitting out from the air gap vent). The dishwasher is running awesomely now and, quite frankly, I have never been so excited about running the dishwasher until now!

Side note on the dishwasher plumbing, he REFUSED to be paid for it, saying, ""It's just a pipe."" This, to me, takes it to a whole 'nother level that he is truly a good person, he could easily charge us an arm and leg for it, but he didn't.

Again, bottom line: hire him. He does a fantastic, detailed job, gives you fair price, and truly an honest person that is a privilege to know!

Adhemar was great to deal with, he first came by to snake our kitchen&laundry line but we soon found that the line was just clogged as it had started to jam and needed replacement. He showed me what he was seeing through the camera and the very next day prioritized his work to bring his crew and replace the line within 5hrs. So we had a functioning drain line in a days time. I will definitely use him and have him checkout future plumbing work. Great communication and follow through

We thought we had a clogged toilet , contacted a few Plummers, Bunnies Plumbing and Adhemar were by far the most responsive, and were very straight forward. Discovered that the problem is a clogged main line, unclogged it with a snake and used a camera to make sure everything will be ok and topped it with a 90 days warranty. Very friendly and professional, while the job was missy, he didn't leave till everything was very clean. I hope we won't need a Plummer in the near future, but if we do, will definitely call Bunnies Plumbing. Very reasonable pricing, for the same problem, in the past other plumbers wanted to replace the whole line for $10,000.
