Ken was great. He felt like family. If you want a good-hearted honest dude to be your plumber, well here you go! I will be referring Bumblebee Plumbing from now on. Thanks, Ken! All the best.

I've used Bumblebee Plumbing twice. The first time I had a leak in the bathroom shower that was seeping down to the lower level ceiling. Ken came over, diagnosed and fixed the leak. He was super professional, friendly and reasonably priced. The second time I called because I had accidentally broken my kitchen faucet handle and needed to 1) turn off the running water and 2) fix the faucet. I explained it was an emergency due to the water running and Ken was at my place in less than 10 minutes - extremely responsive. He helped shut off the water to the kitchen faucet and then after discussing my options, I decided to buy a brand new faucet. Ken came back the next morning and installed my new kitchen faucet. Ken provides excellent plumbing services, friendly customer service and fair pricing. Highly recommended!

Ken was kind, professional, prompt, and helpful. He came in to do an estimate on a new kitchen job and even took the time to teach me about toilet mechanism and even replaced a tube. I will definitely be using him for all my plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend Bumblebee Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber. I needed a few leaky faucets fixed, a pipe and some things on my toilet and Ken came in and worked efficiently, effectively and professionally! I will call him in the future for all my plumbing needs!

I worked with Ken on a small bathroom remodel. Ken seems to know what he is doing when it comes to the mechanics of piping. Soldering and piping looks great. I thought he was a little expensive. He missed all the design concepts and had several quality issues. One of them I did not find until the tile was installed. (UHHH...!) I would recommend that you over communicate with him as he will install things the fastest way possible without understanding the design. He had three items to rework at my house. 1. A squeaking tub, 2. Did not center the faucet on the tub 3. Did not center the piping at the correct height on the double vanity. He also took a huge chunk of copper drain out of my house and replaced it with PVC without asking. Despite all these issues every time there was a problem he answered the phone and scheduled the fix with me. He stands by his work and that is why I did not give him a 2 star.

Even though it was a quick fix, he was on time (early in fact), kind, intelligent and fair. This is the second time he has helped me, and it probably won't be the last!

Disappointed.

Let me start with saying that Ken was easy to contact and schedule an appointment. He was friendly at first when arriving. With that said, overall we were very disappointed with both the work performed and Ken's attitude. We had him hook up and new sink, faucet, and bathroom. The bathroom was serviced adequately but the kitchen faucet became a major problem. He left before the faucet worked properly and blamed the malfunction on the product. We then purchased a new faucet and had him come back. He, at first, refused to install the new faucet because it was from Home Depot (he asserts that Home Depot buys products to purposely fail), then reluctantly installed just parts of the new faucet. The same problem existed and again he blamed the product (Moen). He left again with the faucet not working properly and wanted us to pay an additional fee. We called a new plumber who fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Not surprising, it was not the faucet. We, regrettably, would not recommend Ken to our friends or family.

Ken is just the best.

For us, he's done a whole-hose filter, new water heater, new valve for refrigeration water line, gas line to the grill and a faucet repair (separate occasions).

1) Good pricing
2) Fast & efficient
3) Always answers his phone (or calls back quickly)
4) Stands behind his work.

I'd recommend him to anyone.

I don't like giving bad reviews. To his credit, Ken was on time and very experienced. He made mention several times when I questioned something he did that he was a professional, and I got the impression I was on the verge of insulting him, which I didn't want to do. He took about an hour or so and charged us $500 to extend our single sink to a rough-in for a double sink. In the process he moved a live electrical cable that was affixed to a stud from where it was to make room for the drain pipe. But he shoved it in front of the drain pipe where it to be directly up against drywall, with nothing to protect anyone driving a nail into the wall from potential electrocution - so it created a hazard. I brought it up but to no avail. That was strike one. He also disconnected our swamp cooler water line in the process and right after I paid him in full, he told me he had left it unconnected, saying he would not connect it back up until we had him come back and hook up the sinks (at the end of our bathroom remodel job.) But it was 99 degrees outside and this was really not something we could live with. I protested but again to no avail. I guess I could have been more pushy. My husband was furious when he came home and found out. I didn't want to fight with Ken about it, so I asked a different plumber to come look at it and possibly finish the job. To my surprise, the 2nd plumber immediately had us come look at the slant on the drain pipe, something we had not noticed. Apparently the drain pipe section Ken installed between the corner of the room and the main 3"" vertical drain, didn't have the required slant (6%) to allow the refuse water to properly drain. In fact, the corner was the lowest point in the pipe and it was actually going uphill the rest of the way to the main drain. I didn't quite believe the 2nd plumber that this was a real problem, and I argued that Ken had suggested a ""stuetter"" vent, and wouldn't this handle it, but was told no it wouldn't. In disbelief that Ken would have installed such bad work, I asked trusted friends for a referral, and got a third plumber opinion. But the problem was real. All in all, between having our swamp cooler hooked back up and having the slope on the drain corrected, we had to pay over $500 more, so over $1000 for something that only was about 1-2 hours work to begin with. what a waste! Get referrals to find your plumbers. The good ones are already busy but might take your job if you know somebody they know.

Ken is first rate!

He quoted a small job connecting a gas range to our existing gas plumbing.

He was not the lowest quote.

He openly discussed how we could handle the job, and quoted several test options.

He did the job in less than 2 hours.

I strongly recommend Bumblebee Plumbing.
