Want to thank Bumble Breeze for the amazing job they did on installing our ductless ac unit in our upstairs master bedroom. Always so hot in the summer time so we decided to try this out and boy are we glad we did. Wes came out to give us a quote and was super friendly and professional and informative. Answered all our questions and didn't pressure us to sign anything right away. Decided to go with this company and got us booked pretty quickly. The crew that came were fast, professional, and clean. Wilton and the other gentleman were A+. Would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Possibly the best people in the industry. Reliable, punctual, experienced, going out of the way to do great job. They came to check my problem twice, then found a different source of problem from other plumbers, saving me money. They also priced the work reasonably and competitively. Bumble Breeze and technician Devin were great cleaning my dryer vent from the wall through the roof. He was on time. Efficient, and personable. We were shown every step of the process. He also found a little petrified gecko in the vent.
The company communicates via text and kept us updated of the appointment, who was coming, and an estimated arrival time.
I will have this done again in a year to see what the buildup amount is during that period.

Waste of time, they just try and sell you the most expensive package. They pretend to come out and see if they can fix the problem, then don't even bother to look at it and hand you a pricing sheet. My time is valuable and its bad business to do a bait and switch.

I was looking forward to working with Bumble Breeze; however, they have canceled appointments with me twice due to family emergencies. We went through the process of confirming the appointment before work started. It would be a good idea if the company has more than one technician trained to do duct cleaning. I appreciate them giving me a call and letting me know. The one star is for the phone call.

Quick response for replace AC unit and scheduled for consultation. I waited over 3 hours but no call no show. Definitely not reliable to keep their word.

Mount Charleston people don't use!!!! I do not recommend this company at all! I have propane and lady answering phone said they could fix problem but they just wanted my credit card. Paid 250 for them to come out only to find out that they do not work on what I asked. Now catch this, they record the conversations and I called back and forth quite a few times but the first conversation where she told me they could help mysteriously disappeared. Spoke with the shady owner and he told me he'd refund half of the money but never did! Total thief! Honestly, why in the world would I pay for them to come out knowing they couldn't even touch it. Please go elsewhere ESPECIALLY if you're on the mountain.
