Owner Brooks Carson grew up in Las Vegas. Following 18 years in the HVAC industry and navigating the aftermath of 1October, Brooks chose to depart from a major corporate HVAC company to establish his own and create change. “I aim to provide quality work at a fair price,” says Brooks. I called for an urgent repair after AC seized up. They had a quick response and sent someone within an hour. Roberto was courteous and meticulously checked our system. After diagnosing he presented repair options explaining what was needed. Thank you for fixing our AC

I called Sunday and spoke with a customer service agent to schedule a plumbing service. She said that Monday she had a slot available from 10-12, advised of the $59 diagnostic fee, and said that someone would call about 45 minutes before they arrive. I confirmed my address, phone number and name and we were all set.
Monday (yesterday) rolls around and no one shows up. No phone call, nothing. I called around 12:30 and spoke with Megan, who I believe was the person I spoke with on Sunday. She advised that I did not have anything scheduled, and there was NO record of my call. What?
I confirmed that I called from the same number, and was almost certain I spoke with Megan on Sunday as well. Megan proceeded to tell me that I didn't call on Sunday, and that there were zero notes on my account indicating that I didn't call.
Can you imagine how frustrating it is to be gaslit and told that you didn't do something when you in fact DID? I'm including a screenshot of the date and time stamp when I called. Your customer service agent dropped the ball and apparently didn't do their one job when I called on Sunday, and now the service I needed done is delayed.
Word to the wise - get your appointment confirmation in writing. I rescheduled the service and requested a text or email before I disconnected the call.
Word to management - do a better job with your customer service agents, and I recommend recording your calls as well for verification. This was a huge waste of time and left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Jake the technician did an excellent job with the repair of my plumbing. And considering the work to be done was outside, in 118-degree weather, this makes his effort to complete the job even more impressive. Great professionalism.

The technician, Omar showed up to my house 15 minutes earlier than my allotted appointment time. In fact, I had an appointment with another company just before (thinking I'd get a second opinion from Bumble Breeze, but that company was late!)
Anywho, Omar came in supplying his own shoe covers and was diligent and cautious of putting them on in the house, taking them off stepping out of the house, and immediately putting them on inside my house.
He explained to me what he was going to do before he did them (turning off one thermostat to listen to the fan, running some tests, going up in the attic, getting his tools and ladder and coming back, etc.). He explained the type of AC unit I have, the issue that he found, how to temporarily fixed it, and what his tests are going to find. He sent me an estimate via email.
Unfortunately he did not have the part to fix my issue, but explained what we can do as a temporary fix if the problem happened again. This, to us, was extremely important and is an example of extraordinary customer service. Not only was he professional, polite, and respectful of my home, he also gave us a temporary fix that we can do for now. Amazing!
Will definitely call This company again for future issues, and recommend them to others. $59 diagnostic fee was totally worth it! Thank you!

We had been waiting for the company our home warranty dispatched and no one answered their phones so we called Bumble Breeze. They not only answered the phone on a Sat morning, but were pleasant to speak to and got someone out to take a look at our unit within a couple hours! Roberto was great! Very friendly, explained everything to us as well as our options! We would definitely recommend this company and use these guys again! Fast, friendly, honest service!

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE WHOLE BUMBLE BREEZE TEAM!!!! Our daughter's central AC stopped working on the hottest day of 2021 so far. Bumble Breeze was capable of working on a higher level condo as not every company is licensed to do so. Also, many companies were not taking new clients.
Megan was able to get us on the schedule for the next day!!! The technician, Roberto, WAS AMAZING!!! He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and kept us in the loop (going so far as to send us photos!) with what he was doing and the costs involved. Thankfully Roberto was able to fix the system in one day!

Wesley is knowledgeable and has a great attitude. Worked diligently to repair my system. Highly recommend this company due to my experience with Wesley.

Good thing about this place is they will come our right away. Bad thing is they come out so fast because they rip you off! I was quoted $900-$1500 to fix my AC. We told the guy no, and called our landlord. They came out within 24 hours and it was a $5 part! AC is fixed and no other issues. I highly recommend if you use these guys to get a 2nd opinion.

With the days being over 110 degrees air is a must!
