Wouldn't you know it, a leak in the pipe under a manufactured home on a holiday weekend! Called Bumble Breeze and spoke with a very understanding lady. Yes we can send someone out today. Wow! Thank you. Lou checked it out and knew exactly what to do. He explained what was happening and how to fix it. I felt bad as the leak was under the house and he had to crawl under the house to get to it. After completing the repair, Lou stayed to make sure everything was in working order. That's what I call professionalism.

Awoke to no hot water this Labor Day. Pondered waiting until Tuesday to call for help, but laundry and family needing to shower erased that option. Yelped for a service, saw Bumble Breeze and read the reviews and opted to try them.

Made a call, had a lovely lady take down the pertinent details and advised we could have a tech out within the hour. Inquired about the fee and while sitting down was pleasantly surprised that it was $99.00, fair and reasonable given it is a holiday too.

My husband and I had initially executed all the pilot lighting steps (so we thought) and were Google convinced it was our thermocoupler wire. Luckily Daniel, our tech arrived and surveyed the situation. He proceeded in a careful and thorough manner, executing the same steps my husband and I had already tried, and BOOM, the water heater ignited and began humming. We could only laugh.

Daniel explained the process of what he did, and took additional steps before departing to insure that we had no leaks of carbon monoxide (thank you) and that the heater was working properly. He was knowledgeable, patient and understanding. What a pleasant first time experience with this company.

We will be back...thank you again.......

Disappointed that I felt pressure to pay more for a service that was very simple, It took him five minutes to unplug my toilet and charged me $236 with the senior discount. The representative spent so much time trying to get me to do a scope and camera for $885. Warning me that there is no guarantee. They were prompt and on time though.

OMG. What do you do when 110 outside and your AC breaks? Call Bumble Breeze! From the outstanding gals that answer the phone to the techs that endure Bazillion degree temps in the attic, and the knowledgeable fun sales team this place is top notch.

I have used bumble breeze a few times they constantly try to upsell you on everything this last time they called me and convinced me to check my air conditioning for maintenance. When the man got to my home, he went to the air conditioner. He told me I needed some thing to keep it going for a few hundred dollars. I agreed as soon as he opened it, it completely stopped working, I went out there and said I thought this was taking a few minutes he replied, so did I right away he admitted something was wrong! He could never get it working again and told me I had to pay $4000 for a new compressor!!!! wow!!!!! I got a recommendation for another opinion from a man who has worked on Trane air conditioners for 18 years he specializes in that brand. He told me the man who serviced my air conditioner, broke it. He said the guy pulled a wrong wire, which basically made the compressor blowup. Bumblebees is taking zero responsibility !!!!! I had to pay $4000 because he broke my air conditioner. I have complain to the. Better Business Bureau and contractors board. I hope they can help me.!!!!! because bumblebees wants nothing at all to do with this they say it was a coincidence that when the guy started working at it, and it broke, it was just a coincidence!!!! this company is incompetent and irresponsible, and they just do not care at all I was left to pay $4000 for the damage, they are employed it to my air conditioner

Wesley came by and checked on our ""broken"" air conditioner. Turns out there was a couple of wires that just weren't connected!! He fixed it obviously but then he was kind enough to not charge us a single penny. He was truly awesome. I'd recommend his services to everyone.

Wesley came out within an hour of calling the company . He was able to get our AC up and running within 30-45 minutes. AMAZING! This Vegas heat is too brutal to be without!!!! His personality and sense of humor were the icing on the cake! 100% recommend!!!
