They showed up at my business I had two blocked toilets. Were there for accouple of hours. could not fix the problem and charged me $500.00. called another plumber and opened up the clog from the roof in an hour an charged me 250.00. They over charged for work they could not do. Will never recommend them to anyone.

This was the second time we have called Bumble Bee and they continue to provide great, professional service. Richard was prompt to respond to our call and spent enough time to figure out our issue. He provided a few options for a solution and then quickly performed his work. He cleaned everything up when he finished and the price seemed fair. I would not hesitate to call Richard again if we have any issues.

Great people & great service! Very quick-next day service! Sharaya scheduler, Deedee dispatcher, and Mike P plumber fixed up my gas water heater lines to code and adjusted the stove/range gas lines. He also installed 3 new water valves for fridge & clothes washer to replace the old broken valves. Outstanding expertise and a very friendly attitude by every single employee. Highly recommend & will happily use them again. Thanks Bumble Bee! Y'all have a great thing going!

Ok. Had to call them again for a random & slow refilling toilet. Again Sharaya (sp?) scheduled it the next day and Craig kept me informed of the dispatch/arrival time per my schedule availability. David & Victor came out & got the job done in less than an hour. These guys are amazing. So friendly and informative. Forgot to mention how fast they responded=super quick to my initial online Angi request for help. I'm a big believer in this Bumble Bee Co. Thanks so much again!

Dan was awesome! We had previously had a backup and I called an emergency service out. They charged me $1400 and were unable to open the line much. They wanted $6K to dig up and replace whole line! When I declined they became rude about it and although I knew I would eventually need to do so was not about to use them! Bumble bee was first company I had come out to give me estimate. Dan was very personable and professional. He also gave us an estimate way under the previous company. They came in the very next day and did the job. They did such an outstanding job you cannot even tell it was ever done! We are completely satisfied and would recommend Bumble Bee to anyone.

Had a small issue after the work was done but like I said, small. Called around 9pm expecting to leave a message but someone picked up! Incredible customer service. Anyway, next day in the morning Mike P and Cody were sent out and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. These guys are the best. Plain and simple. I filled out the form on Yelp to request for free quote and service. Bumble Bee responded right away and was able to send a plumber to my home. Brad did a good job and offered his quote. I agreed and he proceeded to fix my kitchen plumbing. He was respectful and listened to out concern. He also called his manager to consult with him our question with the airgap. We are happy our plumbing issue is taken cared of. So far we do not have an issue with it anymore. He also presented a yearly service program from the company and left literature and information to check out. Thank you Bumble Bee for service.
