Water was gushing from our garbage disposal on Saturday morning.
Other companies couldn't get us on their same-day schedule, so I called Bumble Bee, based on the excellent reviews. They did not disappoint! They were able to come within a few hours, and after checking out the situation they explained the problem (rusted-out old disposal) and offered a few different solutions. Within a short amount of time, everything was running great. Kudos to Dan, his apprentice Alex, and also to the caring gal who answered the phone. We will use Bumble Bee again!

$370 for a flapper, the seat in the tank that the flapper sits on, a lever and a handle. Guy was in and out in under an hour, and I have made it clear to them that I feel I was badly overcharged. I've gotten emails saying they want to discuss the matter, but I've already told them what the issue is and that I want a partial refund. They are simply trying to stall me out.

From the time I requested the service and even after the service was completed, I was kept up to date as to what they had done and I received a call to ensure that I was happy with their service. Had a very small leak on the hot water heater. The repairman thought replacing the gaskets at the heater elements would fix the issues, at least for now. They quoted a high price to install new elements and re-gasket , over $700 but it was still much better than a new hot water heater. Unfortunately after installing the elements and gaskets, the leak continued and we were then forced to put in a new hot water heater. Bumble Bee reduced the repair price in half to $350 which on one hand seemed pretty fair but on the other was not as the elements and work was misdiagnosed in the first place.

The day of our move out the washer valves started leaking. I called Bumble Bee at 7 am and they had Jake out in a few hours. He was very nice and gave me the information we needed and worked to make it easy for us to continue with our move. The cost was very reasonable and we are so thankful.

We will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!
