Thomas, our tech was so patient and listened to all my concerns regarding our plumbing issues which started with a slow toilet from the contactor employees using or facilities and not informing me that the toilet was clogged. Needless to say, it was a mess and Thomas and his helper (sorry I can't remember his name) were so professional and cleaned up the contract's mess. Bumble Bee is at the top of my list of professional to call.

Corey was dispatched to my house the same day that I called Bumblebee to fix a bolt on my toilet. He was courteous, clean and very polite and fixed the problem as best he could. He wasn't gone 10 minutes before I got a call from someone else at Bumblebee asking if my needs were met and I was satisfied with the service I received. Another great experience with Bumble Bee! We needed a toilet replaced & they were reliable, trustworthy, and diligent in their work. They gave us a quote on their supplies; if we bought a toilet they had on hand, we would have gotten a more extensive warranty, but we ended up purchasing a toilet from Home Depot. Their installation is under warranty. They went to shop with me, inspected the packaging inside & out, and transported it back to my home to be installed. Jesus & Steven were so courteous and knowledgeable. They inspected some other areas of concern for us and gave use reasonable price estimates & advice for our next projects. We belong to their membership program, so we saved over $50 today. I always feel taken care of with Bumble Bee. Looking forward to doing more work in the future with them.

This is second time we've had Bumble Bee Plumbing remove the old toilet and install a new Toto toilet, and they did a fantastic job just like the first time. The Technician Jeff, was courteous and professional, answering all my questions so I could understand. He was quick, efficient, and cleaned the area he was working in to make it better than it was when he came. He removed the old toilet and all the material the new toilet came in. We've had Toto toilets for over a decade in many of our homes and they carry them on their truck, both standard and raised.
I called them on late Friday and they were here first thing the next morning!
This is the second time we've had them to our home and if we need any plumbing needs in the future they will be the only company we will trust to get the work done the first time and correct.

I hired BumbleBee Plumping to install a backflow preventer to our front water line. Once Bill Messenger, the repairman was here, I decided to rework the entire front water line and install a new shutoff valve. Bill was experienced, knowledgeable and professional. What I appreciated was that he took the time to explain to me what materials he would be using and why. His work was exceptional, he ensured that they system worked with no leaks and he left the area as he found it. I would love to have him back to work on our back faucet. I would highly recommend Bumblebee Plumping.

I have dealt with other Plumbing companies before and I've never had an experience like this one. I spoke with Chris on the phone many times while scheduling my service and he was very professional and very pleasant to work with. He was accommodating when I needed to reschedule even though it was same day and when they needed to reschedule me he was very nice and kept me updated on the process. Bill the service technician that came out to my house was very prompt, nice, and did a great job replacing some valves under my kitchen sink. The pricing was fair. I highly recommend Bumblee Plumbing!

Bumble Bee installed a brand new garbage disposal where I reside a month or so ago. It stopped working. Today they came and said it was clogged from food (they literally pulled out a sesame seed that went down there that must have been stuck to a plate) and claimed there were 'black things and peppermints' clogging the disposal and I would have to pay for a brand new one. I agreed because I need a sink that works. But I did tell them the disposal had hardly seen any use AT ALL and there was no way it clogged with food. They disagreed. AFTER they took the garbage disposal off and installed a new one, come to find out it was a small measuring teaspoon had gotten lodged in there. Not clogged for ANY other reason and no black things and peppermints. Then they walked off with the old hardly used disposal installed like a month ago and left me a bill. Just awful experience. Do not recommend as professionalism is lacking to say the least.
