BullsEye diagnosed my furnace in needing a blower motor. I was then told it would take a week to get the part from Houston TX. I then checked in Denver and found three HVAC part stores that had the part in stock. After calling BullsEye back and notified them that the part was in Denver they refused to get it the same day or next day? I even offered to drive there and get it myself. Why would any business expect a homeowner to go with out heat for a week. I found the service technician to be short with the situation and not care. We will not be calling them for service again.

Recommended by a family member. Called for a routine yearly sewer line cleaning & a plumbing problem. The tech was in a hurry, rude & made an inappropriate remark. He dropped the roots back in the drain. Spent minimum time scoping it. I'm having to have it redone after only a few months. The company didn't honor the discounts offered on the phone on the estimate. They actually raised the estimate because they said the tech made an error. I hired another company who charged me $350 less, did more work & an excellent job. Their tech was very polite in addition. Sorry I called them.

I got a call from Heath yesterday. He seemed a little unhappy with my review. So I am going to revise it to just the quality of the work. The last minute service the company is fast and reliable. The quality of their work is very good. I had my inspection yesterday and I passed with out a hitch. Their pricing could be a little better, but if you value quality they are a fine company. I would use them again.

Called for an estimate which we did not get do to person installing item!
Was told of minor safety concerns in person & in write up. To only get email following day which listed other items saying installed wrong but have been inspected has passed state inspection yearly!!!! (For over 30+ years)
They have lost our business!

Update :
We wound up having our insurance company come out and they hired a forensic team results were tampering !!
Bullyseye was the only company out and was suspicious when a second person showed up.
Very unhappy and poor service!

They ripped me off to fix a cracked polybutylene pipe after I was trying to replace a toilet. They came out and inspected gave a ridiculous quote and said it was like 10 hours of labor, they came back and fixed it and still charged me like $600 for what seemed about 10 minutes work. This is ridiculous. F*$k you too Bullseye. I tried to call and no one ever returned my call.

This was an unusual experience for us. BullsEye Plumbing was hired to check the sewer line in our four-plex. When we discovered that they had to pull the toilet to perform the video, we were somewhat apprehensive. Two people (Jeff & Mike) showed up well within the projected time frame. They assured me that they have done this many times without problems. I have three observations: (1) Both men were extremely professional and completely understood our concerns. (2) The plumbers were very efficient; and the whole process couldn't have taken longer than 30 minutes. (3) Everything was put back as they found it, and left in good condition.
I know that an occasional toilet install will leak, but so far so good.

This was the first time that I have seen this procedure, and it appeared to go smoothly. (It's kind of like a colonoscopy of your sewer system.) It was also the first time we have done any business with BullsEye Plumbing. Based on this positive experience: the company gets a strong recommendation.
Incidentally, Jeff informs me that the video of the sewer line will be on YouTube in a couple of days. I seriously doubt it will go ""viral"".

I had drainage problems with my dishwasher. They arrived late and diagnosed my dishwasher with drainage problems. I regret doing business with bulleyes. I was billed $75.

My mother-in-law hired BullsEye to clean the furnace and to clean/camera the sewer line, as requested by the buyer after they inspected her house. I'm in town to help with the move and juggling the various trades working on the house.

BullsEye's furnace guy was fantastic and he gets 5 stars, but the plumber was so horrible that he cancelled out that rating and then some. When we called, we specified ""clean the sewer line and then rescope with the camera"". Plumber showed up on time, smelling like an ashtray with sewer mixed in and was surrounded by a cloud of smoke. Not great for my asthma. Showed him the basement bathroom for the access to the line by pulling up the toilet. He proceeded to go in the laundry room, pull out the dryer looking for stack access I'd already told him wasn't there, then left the dryer in the middle of the room. He pulled up the toilet and THEN told me that he doesn't have a camera, so they'll send another guy and charge us double for the service. Wait, what?! No, that's not what we asked for and not what we were told.

After dead-end discussions/arguments with him and phone calls involving our realtor and the BullsEye office, we paid him a service fee for nothing and sent him on his way. Checked the bathroom after he left to find grease all over the sink, grease/wax/mud (snowy day) all over the floor, shower, and toilet, and wax ring squished out with 2""x4"" messes on each side of the toilet. The only saving grace is that the toilet wasn't leaking. It took an hour of scrubbing, much of it on my hands and knees, to peel off all the wax and grease he left behind.

We switched to Advantage. They sent a knowledgeable plumber who looked and smelled clean, who was prepared to do both things we needed, was polite, and who cleaned up after himself. And it was half the cost. I know who we'll call in the future, and it won't be BullsEye.

Bullseye is awesome! Had a major issue with my furnace and they had someone to our house in less than 8 Hours to check it out. When they found the problem and could not get the part right away, Steve the amazing technician, was kind enough to get us space heaters to use until the parts could come in. Thanks Bullseye!

The audacity of these people, can't believe it. First, they scheduled us for a 4-6 apt time. That was fine, but then they called and said, hey, the guys in the area, he can be there in 20 minutes. Awesome! An hour later my wife calls and they said, well, you're next. Another hour later, still no show and no call, so due to other commitments, we called and asked them to honor the original time. 5pm rolls around and they cancel us because their truck broke down. Rescheduled two days later first thing in the morning. Too much snow for them to make it out that day. Ughhhh. Then they reschedule for Thursday between 4-6. At 635, they finally showed up, no call saying they were running late. Nice guy, determined the problem quickly and said it's the schedulers fault they were late and that they over schedule them everyday. Turned out I needed a new boiler. Well, a few months earlier, we knew the boiler was on its last leg, so we got a bid for a new boiler so we could budget for it. We handed the guy the written estimate and he said he'd take it to his boss and show him and that we'd be his top priority on Friday and we'd get a call first thing. At 1pm we called and they said they were putting together a proposal and would get back to us shortly. Seeing the weekend looming and single digit temps coming, I called at 230. I voiced my displeasure to the lady on the phone and she put me on hold while I was talking to her. Then another lady, Becky, gets on the phone and tells me that had she known I was supposed to get a call first thing in the morning, she would've called me. No sorry, just excuses. Then I tell her I have a written estimate from a few months earlier and she told me they only offer their estimates for 30 days. So now, even though I'm the ""#1 priority"", they tell me they have no control over how long it's takes their parts vendors to get back to them. I told them it's simple, I have a written estimate, either honor that or I'm gone. She said good-bye. Honestly, how do people stay in business? Now my four young children, my mother in law and my wife and I have to endure single degree temps at least through the weekend with no heat. Now I have to scramble and find someone who can come out and give us a bid for a boiler. Had they simply showed up on Monday, at least I would have found out before the frigid weekend and could have hired someone competent to do the job. When their own employees bad month the front office staff, you know the company has issues. Stay away from these guys.
