Gavin arrived late without phoning ahead. Charged 700 dollars for 2 hours of labor plus whatever he paid for electrical tape to hold a pipe in place and a fitting. Did not put in P trap so now we hear gases pass through kitchen sink drain when toilets are flushed. He offered to fix that for an additional $800-1000. Another plumber came and added the p trap for 150. Really sad to see someone take advantage of elderly in this way. 2 stars because Gavin did adjust a shower water flow and offered pleasant conversation Gavin did call my mom to ask that I remove this review. Sorry your house burned down but that is no excuse for the terrible job and overcharging. I did call you to make it right and you wanted an additional 800-1000 dollars to do what should have been done in the first place. You were unapologetic until you saw this review.

5 STARS for sure. Gavin was excellent to work with. My mom had a clogged sink. He was punctual, provided an upfront flat rate cost with a 30 guarantee. Mom said he assessed the problem, put plastic down so the machine didnt leave any marks and proceeded to clear the clog. Mom was there by herself and said she felt safe and comfortable with Gavin the whole time. She said he was a polite young man (mid-40's). Next time we have a problem, we'll call Bullseye plumbing!

We had a plumbing issue with a toilet. Called early afternoon and Gavin was able to get there today and replace the malfunctioning part.
He had the replacement part on his truck and had the work completed fast. We really appreciate him getting to us today and getting it fixed.
I will definitely call Bullseye Plumbing next time we have a plumbing problem.

Gavin did a great job installing our new toilet. Very friendly and hardworking guy. The toilet was a little unconventional, but he did some research and a bit of troubleshooting and got us up and pooping in no time! I highly recommend!

I'm giving this business one star because I called to get an estimate on a drain cleaning and he told me that I was calling somebody off of a Google search and he has advertising overhead and then hung up. And I don't know what he was talking about. But that strikes me asterrible customer service.

Called Gavin in the late morning when I decided that I had ""bitten off more than I could chew"" in attempting to remove and replace our water heater that had had a major thermostat malfunction the night before. He had at least three others ahead of me...yet arrived in the mid-afternoon when he said he would. In less than 3 hours he had removed our old tank and installed a new one..up-to-date with all the 2016 code requirements met. Very impressed with his work.

We all know becoming a new home owner can come with s few headaches thankfully Bullseye Plumbing came to our rescue! They were very efficient and came out within the hour of us calling. Repaired and customized the drain for our washing machine. Then two days later came to our rescue once again for our leaking water heater, due to old piping.

You can't ask for better service then from Bullseye Plumbing!! I had a clog in my kitchen sink that I'd been putting off dealing with for a week. It was finally time to call in the professional, so I called around to a couple plumbers in Paradise. I was reaching message machines until I dialed up Bullseye. Gavin answered the phone right away and was able to be at my house in twenty minutes!! He was quick, courteous and friendly. He took great care in bringing in and removing his machines without having them drip and getting ""grossness"" on our carpets. I'd definitely suggest him to any of my friends in Paradise or Oroville who requires plumbing needs.
