I was referred to Ken from a friend. My toilet was backing up on a Saturday, and unfortunately Bullseye was closed. I called another company who cleared my sewer line, but also found with a camera that the line was broken. The estimate was quite high so I waited until Monday to contact Ken. He came out the same day and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was able to start my project on Thursday the same week and finished my sewer line replacement the same day! He had originally thought they could do trench less, but once his employees started they determined it was going to be better to dig. They were all great! They came back a few days later to back fill, pressure wash my concrete and re-planted bushes they needed to move for the line replacement. His employees take pride in what they do, and they truly do care! Many Thanks to all!

Ken and his team have been helping me clear sewer line clogs since 2015. Many San Mateo old homes also have really old sewer line. Met and showed him the issue back in 2015. He did a camera inspection for reasonable price and made a CD. Then afterwards, whenever the problem occurs, I would just call him. He/one of his team will be there if possible the same day or next day. Clear the clog, cleaned up the mess form the clog and very professional. I don't need to be home. The only caveat is Ken doesn't do weekends. So if the clog occurs on the weekend, I need to find a backup. Luckily the clog doesn't occur anymore after neighbor removed their big tree. Knock on wood.

Excellent at every level! I needed a kitchen faucet installed and my bathroom faucet and shower valves replaced. So polite on the phone and scheduled a convenient 2 hour window. Luis and Miguel were right on time, polite and professional! They explained what they were going to do and finished the job quickly and perfectly. Great service at a fair price. Called late Friday afternoon about a clogged kitchen and utility sink, they normally work M-F so this was really pushing it to get someone to come out on such short notice - but they did!

Really nice guys, very professional. Ran a super long snake through the system to get everything flowing. When done informed me that the old concrete utility sink was cracked (and showed me the leaks from those cracks) and advised holding off replacing any parts until the sink was replaced at some point in the future. Should also get the plug out of the clean out at that time too, but absolutely no pressure to have them do it or anything, just letting me know..

Really appreciate them fitting us in before the weekend on such short notice and the great, honest service - and at a reasonable price!!

This is the second time this company helped us. We had a major leak from a sewage pipe behind the wall. Ken showed up and stopped the leak on the first visit to estimate. He and his crew then worked around our schedule and minimize the business shutdown time to open the wall, repair the pipe, replaced big chunk of wall and refinished the wall in TWO DAYS!!! They also put everything back neat and clean.

We are very grateful for such an efficient and awesome job. All his crew are very nice. Definitely recommend!!!

Last week, we had a major kitchen garbage disposal problem, and as stated in prior reviews, the Bullseye Plumbing team were great in getting it properly diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner. Prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, and thorough in fixing both the immediate problem, and importantly, took care of another sewer pipe issue that would have created a serious problem in the near future if they hadn't caught it.

I would highly recommend them! They came out and replaced a sewer lateral, initially caused by a bad pipe that resulted in a backup of my bathroom.
