I used Thumbtack and Ken got back to me with a competitive quote. He was able to come to the City on the day I worked from home. We had very low water pressure and he had a fitting replacement faucet with him in the truck. We also had a running toilet and he had the parts to fix that. He was done within an hour and a half. Very friendly and communicative. I'd highly recommend working with Ken!

Had mainline backup and called Ken from Bullseye Plumbing! I am so glad I did. He was flexible with his timing and arrived on time. Clean new van and newer equipment! Ken was professional, thorough and did a great job. A nice change from the previous plumbers I have worked with in the past. I hired Ken to install new plumbing for a shower stall and separate tub. He quoted me a price and then asked for a $2000 down payment. I eventually succeeded in lowering the down payment to $1500 which I did not know that asking for such amount was totally unlawful!!! After Ken was struggling for 2 days to figure out how to install the roughs for the plumbing fixtures, we mutually agreed that Ken would refund me $1200 out of the $1500 I had given him for a down payment. and he would walk off the job and let me hire someone else to complete and correct the botched plumbing job. Ken did not even know that there is a San Francisco code mandating the installation for air chambers in the walls of the tub and shower!! He claims to be a plumber for 20 years!!! When it came to my refund, he submitted a bill for services adding up to $800 and only refunded me $700 out of the $1200 he agreed to!!! This plumber is unethical and not experienced!!! Beware!!!!

Was referred to Ken Bidinger Bullseye for a clogged shower drain, great customer service and promptness. Wouldn't you know the drain cleared up before he arrived. However, still very helpful and informative! will be calling Ken in the future for other items that will need maintenance.
