Joshua is amazing! Kind, professional, and friendly, I would call him again in a heartbeat. I called him on Friday night looking to take out an old sink and replace it with a new one. We set up an appointment and he was able to come right away on Saturday. This is my first time getting something plumbing related fixed, and Joshua was so kind and knowledgeable, explaining to me what needed to be done and the best way to do it, even going as far as to recommend me a faucet and help me pick out the right one. There were some problems with my existing plumbing, but he fixed those as well with the installation. Even though it was not the work scheduled to be done, he took the extra hours to help me and prevent a bigger problem in the future, not leaving until very thing was perfect.

These guys are the best. I called on a Friday afternoon with a leaking faucet that I had started to disassemble, and Josh and Rob were at my place by 2pm on a snowing Saturday to complete the job. Joshua was super easy to communicate with and came right on time. I stayed at an AirBnB and upon arrival found a super clogged up toilet :( I called him and he helped as good as he could, but there was a deeper issue for which I didn't want to pay, but he gave me recommendations to tell the owners as well.
