I had the pleasure of working with Juan and Brandon. I am an onsite General Manager for a large community in the Walnut Creek area. The guys came to repair two leaks, they provided detailed information on exactly what they were doing. They kept me in the loop of the process and throughly checked in before leaving for the day same as arrival check ins. Weather and other circumstances made this more complicated than it otherwise would have and required two visits. Vaughn made the first visit and was able to determine that the leak was in the returns, but could not pinpoint the leak. Daniel finished the job on the second visit with a minimum of fuss. He was able to determine some significant details about the leak and how long it had existed.

Both technicians were prompt, pleasant to deal with, and clearly competent. The fact that Vaughn was honest at the start that the rain might be a problem was a great example of setting realistic expectations and the thoroughness that Daniel showed was the sort of thing I expect from people doing this sort of work.

All this and the cost was quite fair for the work that was needed.

I can't recommend them enough.

I knew minutes after speaking to Tanisha to set up a day to have Vaughn come for the leak inspection, that I had picked the right place. Absolutely great customer service. Vaughn found the leak and 2 weeks later it was fixed! (Would have been sooner had I been in town)
Brandon and Steven finished the work in 2 days! They were kind, knowledgeable, and cleaned up everything both days! I never even knew anyone was here! If you're looking for a company for Leak Detection, and repairs, don't look any further. I am so glad I picked them, because it's hard to find good customer service these days, but not with these guys.

This company is Amazing!!! After several other places could not find the source of the water that was ruining our hardwood floors, we called on Bullseye. Not only were they able to find our leak but they were quick and understanding. Tanisha from the office called as back quickly and was very helpful in answering our questions and concerns. Trevor came out, was very thorough, spent a few hours, but was successful at finding the problem. The owner Vaughn even came out to verify the situation that was going on with one of our broken pipes and explained what the repair process would entail. They have been nothing short of professional and their prices were fair. I would highly recommend this company! Very honest and helpful.
