We installed a Phyn Plus leak detector on our water main almost two years ago. Since then I've noticed that the system has failed it's daily water leak tests at times so I finally called Bullseye leak detection to get to the bottom of it since I couldn't find it myself. Steven came out. He ran many tests and also went through the entire house with a fancy thermal imaging camera. After all of that we can thankfully rest a sure that there are no leaks in the house and I will be contacting Phyn to possibly get our device recalibrated or updated or something. Thanks again Steven and Bullseye!

I had a wonderful experience with Bullseye Leak Detection. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, responsive and attentive to my questions. Jeff Williams arrived on time and explained the process. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to all of my friends.

I moved into a new home recently that has a pool, and so I've been learning daily about pool maintenance and how things should and shouldn't be. Well, the person who helps me with chemicals and cleaning mentioned that I may want a leak survey, and he recommended Bullseye to me. I'm so glad for this recommendation. Bullseye sent Allen to me, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like the money I paid was actually a tuition payment to Pool University. Allen helped me understand the structural layout of my pool, the plumbing, and how all the different machines worked; he even found some defunct structures from past years that are no longer in use, and gave me options for how we might bring them online again. By the end of the day, he confirmed that there were no leaks, but also discovered an issue with the spa return line that may solve a pool pump issue I've been having recently. So in all, this was much more than a leak detection service, it was a complete pool survey and education, and well worth the money spent. Allen is a great guy; I recommend him highly if you need your pool examined!

Awesome service no up sale. To the point recommended a repair not repose my 1938 home. Thank you Steve!!!!!

Excellent work on resolving my pool plumbing issues. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

I had American Leak Detection out last year. They couldn't find the leak and so they sealed the skimmer baskets in hopes that would fix it.
Well it didn't. So I called them back out and they charged me $200 to tell me everything was good.
Lo and behold, Bullseye found the leak within an hour! It was in the skimmer basket that was ""fixed"" before.
If you can get them to your area, they're the best pick for pool leak detection.

Pool was leaking around the skimmer. Pressure tested my pipes, located leak, and few days later another two guys came out to make the repairs. No more leak, and I'm glad I didn't try the repair myself. Thanks Bullseye.

I have absolute trust in this company. In their professionalism, quality and reasonable service prices. This is the third time we've utilized this company and every time they have done an excellent job. The first time was in 2019 with a leaky pipe within the walls, which had caused significant damage to our house at that time. Bullseye came out and was able to determine things in a professional and timely manner. The second time was utilizing them in our new home, and discovering a leak to the pool which they were able to repair. Today I noticed water damage to the ceiling. I thought it might be the fire sprinkler system and couldn't get the first two or three companies to come out and look at it. I called Bullseye to see if they could help with the leak. They came out and quickly determined it was not the sprinkler system, but the AC. While they do not do AC work, they still managed to fix the problem for a very reasonable price. I confidently and wholeheartedly recommend in their services.

The Bullseye Leak Detection company was easy to contact and communicate with to arrange an appointment. Their leak detection specialist, Jessie, arrived at the appointment time, was very cordial and professional. He worked efficiently and knowledgeably. He detected the water leak under the pool cement deck, marked the spot and informed us of next steps to have it repaired. The detection cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Jessie and Bullseye Leak Detection.

I called Bullseye Leak Detection and told them I had already had another company come out and check for leaks and they repaired a pool skimmer basket but it looks like there is still a leak in the pool. I told them the other company did not go into the pool. I told them I saw their reviews in Yelp saying they go into swimming pools and check for leaks and that is what I wanted them to do. So I had them come out and they charged me a lot of money and the guy did not go into the pool and he simply said the pool was too full. If that was the case, then the water would have gone down all the time I have owned the house. It has not ever done so in 3 years. In other words, the tech simply claimed I fill the pool up too high so the water goes down quickly. If that was true, the water level would always have gone down quickly. It never did in the past and I fill the pool as instructed by my pool company. So the company knew I had already had an inspection for leaks done, they didn't want to go into the pool so they simply told me I fill up the pool water too high. Okay then. It honestly doesn't make sense to me. And, the guy told me if the pool keeps losing a lot of water to call them. So I would pay a 3rd time to look for a pool leak. Not good.
The company contacted me and decided to send a second person out to check the pool and said he would go into the pool. The guy showed up this morning and had NO intention of going into the pool. He came out to tell me I fill the pool up too high, acted as if my pool company was not telling me to do so, and said the last technician is so great. They basically sent someone out to tell me they are right, I am wrong, it is my fault. They had NO intention of going into the pool. They are telling me the last tech is so professional. So why was he talking politics with me, talking about the homeless, about San Francisco, coming in my house talking about painted furniture, looking at all my furniture, etc.? The guy wanted to talk and talk and do very little, just said I fill the pool up to high. The other leak detection company who did a thorough inspection and did a repair did not tell me I fill the pool up to high, no pool company has ever told me that either. Why did they bother coming out here? I had to get up at 5:30 in the morning for this appointment. What a mess.
Everyone: notice the very, very long double speak reply. This says it all. I had many emails like this from this company. The person is so fake very empathetic, talks in circles and circles about all they are going to do, they do NOTHING, and now the super long attack response for the whole world to see. What they did is they knew I had another company come here and do complete leak inspection and a major repair, they figured they could get $399 out of me and do nothing, promised to go into the pool twice and never did, and then sent me such empathetic, understanding emails with all this double talk over and over again to get me to take my review out. When I did not, now they attack me. A page long of it.
