Fast, Quality service. Had an under foundation leak, and Bullseye was able to come out within a week and determine where the leak was, and bypass the leaking pipe, and re-route it. Would highly recommend to anyone with a leak that a regular plumber cannot help with.

These folks don't mind getting their hands dirty! Last week I noticed that my water bill was as high as my summer lawn watering bill, so I took a deep dive into my meter readings. Thanks to the City of Woodland Aqua Hawk reporting, I saw that I was using 50 gallons of water each hour during the dead of night. Now, I'm of a certain age that one or two nightly trips might occur, but not at 50 gallons each and every hour! I contacted the city and they confirmed that I most likely had a leak and they gave me the numbers of a few places that could help.

Two phone calls later I was speaking to a wonderful representative from Bullseye who said they could get someone to my house the next day. That day was on Feb 6, 2025, and for those of us in the Woodland/Yolo County area, it was raining hard. I figured that they should know how to work in wet conditions, and an appointment was set.

On Thursday Allen arrived and was ready to try to find the leak. I didn't venture past my covered garage in the downpour and wished him well. About 10 minutes later I got a text that he found the leak and he had identified that it wasn't in my house but in the main line leading to my house. I already had a plan that after he found the leak that he should tag it and I'd find a plumber to come in and fix it right away. Alex said that he could ask if his crew could fix it sooner, rather than me bringing in another team, and I told him to do his best. After a few calls, he locked in the following Thursday. Since he'd been upfront and honest with me, I figured that I'd go with the contractor that I knew and booked the appointment.

Two days later, I got a call from Bullseye and they asked if they could come two days earlier, to which I immediately agreed. That day was today, 2/11/25, and at 8:10am I received a text that my technician, Max, was on the way. He showed up at 8:30am and went straight to work. He was here for over 5-hours and showed me what was wrong and how he was going to fix everything. He texted me throughout and sent photos of the progress. By 1:30 he was wrapping up and cleaned everything like it never happened. He was knowledgeable, professional and provided the utmost in customer service. Was it cheap...NOPE. Was it worth it....YES! What was originally installed was garbage and only 10-years old. What I now have is quality workmanship. To me, it was worth every penny to have it done right.

Sonny was the crew chief and he was very, very conscientious in making sure our water leaks were properly repaired. He was so detailed in his work and Sonny made sure that the repairs were as little intrusive as possible on our home.

We were very impressed with this company from first contact with the estimator to the team that actually did the work. They replaced the water pipe that runs under our house to the City supply and added shutoff which was needed. They were adept at problem solving- they're not just average plumbers. Professional, efficient and tidy. I called when our water heater seemed to keep turning on to heat, and the floor in my home started really warming up. Bullseye came out and found the leak, explained how they could reroute the plumbing so the floor did not need to be jackhammered. When they came to fix the leak they did it in one day. I was impressed how careful they were to keep construction debris to a minimum and they carefully cleaned up the site afterwards.
