Bullseye! Highly recommend. My advice is, don't go anywhere else.

PROBLEM
Our pool was leaking water. I called Bullseye Leak Detection after another firm failed to return my calls. The woman who answered the call, Jing, was very knowledgable and explained what they would do, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Very good communicator.

DIAGNOSE
Jesse and Dan came in as scheduled and diagnosed the problem. The skimmer had not been installed properly, had pulled away from the pool and needed to be doweled into the pool wall to secure it so it doesn't happen again. Before leaving they put a temporary repair in place so the pool stopped leaking (no additional charge which, frankly, surprised me). They provided a description of what needed to be done so I could go and get other quotes to save money if I wanted to. I didn't. I hired Bullseye.

REPAIR
Amber scheduled the work and, again, very clean communication. Jesse and Donald arrived at the time they were scheduled and did the repair. It took two days. Concrete removal and replacement was involved. There were additional issues due to the way the last firm installed the skimmer that they took care of (again, without additional charges which floored me!). They did their best to match the concrete color that was 15 years old.

SUMMARY
1) They show up when they say they will.
2) Their office staff answers the phone when you call and they are knowledgeable of the work and are good communicators.
3) The field crews show up when they say they will. They give you a one hour window, not a four-hour window like most firms these days.
4) The field crews are respectful of you and your property.
5) They know what they are doing and they do great work.
6) They clean up after themselves and lock the gate when they leave.

In this age of false promises and marketing puffery, it is pretty special to find a firm that hits the mark consistently on all levels. They probably aren't the least expensive but, I believe, they are worth a bit of extra cost.

My advice is, don't go anywhere else.

Best company ever, indoor staff, outdoor employees and billing. My dilemma was a leaking skimmer, the guys that worked on the repair are engaging, patient and personable. We've worked with Daniel and his team at Bullseye many times already and they've been great to work with EVERY SINGLE TIME. They always are very responsive and have provided excellent work in leak detection. This is why we keep going back to them. We couldn't recommended them more if we tried. We will definitely not ever seek another company for assistance with leak detections as they're the best in the business. Can we do more than 5 stars? This is like a 10 star company. Well let's start this record by saying 5 stars are not enough to rate this business. Well it all started years back when I meant Daniel found he was the the person got that job Leak Detection. Yesterday he spent a minimum of 2 hour and down deep in my heart I knew he he had in his heart and 20 minutes later FIXED WOW. Daniel and his buddy had it fixed. So the moral of this story is call Bullseye very fast. Adding to my story Daniel came back found another leak fixed and my pool has not lost a drop plus sent me a complete video from start to finish unreal. Any water leak they have you covered can't believe the work ethic is so great and thanks again.

This is my 2nd review for Bullseye in about a month. This time it was for a 2nd opinion on our primary residence, the property my wife and I are selling. We had some buyers use American Leak Detection and they ""claimed that 10' of our cast iron line needed to be replaced at a cost of $10-15K."" I had my agent call Bullseye because they went above and beyond to assist me with the property that my wife I and I were buying. They promptly scheduled and appointment and came out to scope the line and jet it to ensure that there was nothing left open to interpretation. The line is scoped, jetted and then re-scoped to to show before an after. Prior to even jetting the line our technician who happened to be the owner Daniel Spatz said that there was nothing wrong with the line, just normal wear considering the age of the home (built in 1951). After jetting the results were as we expected, nothing wrong. I even had a length conversation with Daniel about other companies and he indicated that there are plenty of outfits out there that fish for work by scaring homeowners into thinking they need to replace sewer lines. Guess this goes to show that you should always get a 2nd opinion when it comes to sewer lines and dentists! Thanks again to Daniel and his team and if you need an honest opinion on your plumbing issues look no further than Bullseye Leak Detection. Also want to mention that the office staff is very friendly and responsive.

I called Bullseye to locate what I suspected as a leak under my pool deck concrete near my in ground pool. Steven arrived right on time, got right to work, and tested all the lines. No pressure loss. He further checked my pool equipment and found a simple part needed for the skimmer lid was leaking. Honest, no upsell, no bull from Bullseye!

I would highly recommend Bullseye Leak Detection. We had a slab leak and after a couple of plumbers, Bullseye was the only company that immediately found the leak and repaired it. The plumbers were informative and professional. I will recommend them to all of my friends. An A+ company!!

For your plumbing problems I Highly recommend Bullseye Leak Detection. They were quick to respond & found our leak (under the slab) in no time. The 2 Technicians they dispatched were Jessie S. & Jordan G. were on time, very polite & new how to tackle our problem...which was Not easy. They also completed their jobs in a timely manner. Afterwards, they cleaned the area thoroughly by vacuming, wiping down the entire area then wrapped up the paper they placed as a 'Runway' to & from their vehicles to the repair area in our hallway. My wife & I were very happy with them doing that. If you have a plumbing issue, I highly recommend this company and their estimates are free!

I came home from work and my pool had lost roughly 10,000 gallons - and the water was nowhere to be found. I reached out to Bullseye and they were able to come out within a couple of days. The leak detection technician (Dan) was great, and within short period of time, found a substantial leak. The repair estimating process went well and the office staff did a great job of helping to answer all of my questions. And when it came time to perform the repair, the technicians (Donald and Trevor) were fantastic - very professional and personable. Not only did they complete the repair, they were able to do so at 2/3 the total estimated repair cost. Always a pleasant surprise. I'd give five stars, but I need to give it time to make sure the repair holds. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bullseye.
