My mother's house was suspected of having a leak. I set the appointment up and it was agreed she would pay $250. When the technician got there, he did the work and gave her a bill for $300. When she said the quote was for $250, he told her that was the cash price and it was $50 more to write a check! She said she would pay him cash and he insisted on following her to the bank. Did not appreciate this practice.

Such a shame. Jeremy was very responsive at first but then cancelled because his dad got sick (fair enough right), then I am chasing and chasing him with text after text and then more cancellations because jobs took him longer than expected.
I said I would call someone else as am having to truck water in to fill the pool and he finally agreed to come round. He did arrive but was in a really bad mood as couldn't find the place though I have had so many contractors find it with the same directions straight away and then charged me $50 extra than the $300 he quoted on the phone and never actually detailed exactly which cracks were leaking more must that they all were.
I asked for a quote for resurfacing and he said he would forward one the following week (yep you can guess that never happened) and then I texted 3 months later and he said he would check and get back to me (crickets............... silence!!!!) Hate giving bad reviews but its been months now and still not resolved

Hi. This review will hopefully be updated with more stars once Jeremy returns my phone call, texts and yelp inquiry. He did work at my house at the end of August and the leak is back and in the same location. I would think there would be a guarantee to his service lasting longer than 6 weeks.
His original work was reasonably priced and timely. We had a small problem with the water when he left but Jeremy was responsive and concerned. My husband was able to solve it quickly.

Jeremy did a great job of finding and repairing a tricky underground pool leak, as well as an irrigation supply leak, at our rental property in Los Gatos. At first we thought there was only a small sprinkler line leak that wasn't too big a deal, but after the pool lost a foot of water in 24 hours, we realized there was much more going on than we thought. Jeremy came out right away to assess the situation, and he started the repairs immediately after finishing at another client. Finding the cause required jackhammering through concrete in several places, but using his leak detection gear and his experience, he worked methodically to mimimize the amount of cutting required. He bypassed a leaking suction line, replaced the skimmer, and redid the aggregate deck so nicely you could barely tell a repair had been made. He replaced the leaking irrigation lines, and he also used scuba gear to replace the drain cover at the bottom of the pool with a safer anti-vortex cover. He kept us fully informed along the way, and the final cost was reasonable. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Still 5-stars! Had a termite inspector come across a pool of water under the house. I contacted Jeremy since he did our leak inspection a month prior and he was quick to find a time to come back and inspect. He found the cause to be drainage related due to the intermittent pool of water and refered me to a plumber and pool specialist. He even called them when here to make sure they understood the issue. Jeremy is a great business owner!

I have had a small leak in my pool for the past couple of years but it escalated this summer & I needed to get it fixed. I called around to a bunch of places & decided on Bullseye due to the price, to be honest, but I am glad I did. Danny quickly determined that the issue was with my skimmer & gave me a verbal quote on the repairs followed by a written one. One of Danny's workers came out to do the actual repairs & explained things to me when I asked questions. It took him all day but he was completely done & did not need to return. Danny himself showed up towards the end of the job to check in & make sure everything was good. Since the pool was already partially drained to do the work I decided to have additional work done that has been needed for a while so I do not know if the leak has been fixed but I am sure it was. Communication was done by text & Danny always responded quickly.

We used the service back in March for a major leakage . Jeremy came immediately the day I contacted him ! He tried to squeeze his lunch time and come to our house because he was in the area. I was glad that he made it. He found the leak in 45 mine after walking around house and yard inside and outside.
We fixed the leakage by hiring someone on our own . We did not use the one he recommended. But , it's still good to have his recommendation.
Later in May , we checked our water bill and it was 1500USD! Thank you Jeremy for helping us so that we were not paying even more !

I contacted him last week ( now it's June) since I lost the receipt he gave me 3 month ago and he answered my message and send the receipt back . I am very happy with the service and his attitude . I wish all the best to his honest and helpful business .
