Jeremy was great. Super friendly and professional. I could tell he had a full day of appointments already scheduled, but when I told him it would be hard to miss another day of work he fit me in to that day's schedule. He showed up exactly when he said he would. Can't beat that kind of punctuality. Price was more than fair, and he was quick about his work. Highly recommend.

After receiving an almost $900.00 water bill and learning from the water company that we had 72 hrs to identify and fix the leak, I started making calls to leak detection companies. My husband was so busy at work, it was my job to handle the situation. By luck I reached Jeremy who said he had a cancelation and was available to come to the house right away. He detected a water main leak. He kept me updated and contacted his plumber about our emergency situation. The repairs we done the next day!!! This was all arranged by phone. Was out the same day I called and was glad to hear it was my water softener. Even better it was ""leaking"" into my drainage system ... not the house somewhere .
Jeremy was friendly and professional and I recommend him if you have a leak you cannot find.
He also informed me on how to report it to San Jose water to get a break on my bill .

Jeremy was amazing!!! Our hardwood floors were cupping/cracking and we needed to get someone to our house to detect the issue before we could do any repairs. It's been raining a lot and and we were very concerned about identifying the issue before it got worse. We called a dozen people and most of them were too busy to come out. Jeremy was prompt, nice and professional. He figured out the problem right away and let us know our window was causing the water damage. Highly recommended!!

Jeremy is a life saver! We were about to buy a house and he accommodated us in a very tight schedule to inspect a pool. He found numerous problems and pointed those out nicely in an itemized fashion. He also gave us an estimate to fix that pool which turned out to be $15,200. If we didn't have his help, we could end up with a huge unexpected expense. Luckily with his help we can now negotiate the price with the seller.

Potential house buyers with a pool, please consider a professional inspection of the pool before you buy the house. It could easily be a huge money pit.

He suggested we use our home insurance to take care of the water damage which ultimately saved us a couple thousand dollars. Bullseye was called in early June of 2015. Jeremy was professional and made an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, clean and ready to work. I told him I was uncertain where my water leak was coming from, and could he review the entire lot. He took 2+ hours to review all water sources and determined my pool's skimmer was damaged by the pool maintenance company and was leaking a huge amount. I was very happy with the quality of service, the response speed, the politeness, and the extreme care he showed while moving around in and outside my home. He is thorough, and even when he finds one leakage source continues on just in case there are more than one. His price was as quoted, and he quoted for the repair as well. His explanation of why this occurred was important as well as we changed our pool maintenance company due to their incompetence (we still may sue for damages).

Jeremy was nice, professional! We had a leak coming from our cement slab in our kitchen hot water pipe; Jeremy did such a good job to locate the leak.

Jeremy was very patient, he was very good at email communication during the whole decision process as we had a lot of questions and a hard time deciding on re-piping or not, he even help me better understand the situation at hand, so I did re-piping the hot water line with very good price.
