When my water bill was far higher than it should have been, I narrowed the problem to a leak in our irrigation plumbing, but couldn't locate the leak. I called Jeremy, who quickly identified exactly where the leak was. After digging down a foot or so, I found a leaking PVC joint, exactly where he said it would be. I'd definitely use him again, and recommend him to others.

Called Jeremy on Monday, and was able to schedule an appoint for the next day. He charged fees per job instead of per hour. Very friendly and helpful. Gave us good recommendation on the fixes. I will recommend Jeremy to my friends.

It was very difficult to get ahold of Jeremy from Bullseye. His response with Yelp was very slow and his phone was usually full so impossible to get him. When I finally did reach him we set up an appointment. He never showed for the visit. This caused me precious time in finding someone else. Stay away from this business.

This review is long overdue. Bullseye Leak Detection is the best in the area as I tried American Leak detection before Bullseye and they were 't much help. Bullseye was able to detect the leak in my bathroom behind the walls by using their equipments. If you can't reach them, try texting. I wasn't able to contact them at first but texting or message via their website works. Give Bullseye a try, you won't regret it!

Jeremy showed up COVID safe. He was diligent in finding the leak in our water line. It required a second visit to pin it down. I recommend this business.

I bought an old property that had water leaks and called Bullseye to identify the leaks. Bullseye was very fast to respond and arrived the next day to diagnose and trace the leaks to faulty irrigation valves. A few simple PVC fixes and the leaks stopped. Great response and value. I am happy to recommend and use again.

First time I called Jeremy I had a big underground water leak that was not visible. He provide the cost estimate beforehand, came out on time, was very professional and pleasant to work with. Using his special equipment he found the leak without any problems which I later fixed. The best thing about working with Jeremy was that I spend a few minutes explaining the issue and then I went to work. He called me 2 hours later when it was all done.

A few months later I noticed my water meter ticking again and I called Jeremy once more. He came out and diagnosed the leak which was now inside the house. Since the leak was minor, I decided to wait to find out if my insurance covers internal leak detection services before I proceed with the expense. Jeremy was understanding even though he drove all the day down to my house to perform the work. He also gave me some good tips of what to look for if the leak is more
obvious. Long story short: Jeremy is a good guy, does a great job and is nice to work with, which is uncommon in this line of work. I'm very particular and can recommend Jeremy to anyone.

I followed the Santa Clara Valley Water District procedure to see if there was a water leak in my townhome. I found a small leak of about 4 gallons a day and couldn't trace it to the toilet tank flaps or any other area in the house. I was very concerned that this may be under the concrete slab. So I had Jeremy from Bullseye come out and look for the leak. I picked Jeremy because of the Yelp reviews and also because he only did leak detection.

Jeremy was very professional in his communications and very thorough in the search. Very quickly he found that the leak was in the drip irrigation valves in the backyard. But he patiently made sure there was no other leak in the house. He wrote up his findings very neatly so I had something to go back to later. Fixing the backyard valve problem eventually settled the matter for me.
