Straight forward, honest, punctual, responsible, and fair prices.

We had a big leak (meter spinning with faucets, toilets, etc. shut off) but I could not pinpoint where it was so a plumber could fix it. It turned out to be in the front yard underneath a big tree (roots probably cracked the water mains pipe). Jeremy was close to where my house is and the price was the same or a little less than the other 2 companies I got quotes from.

Jeremy came and did the inspection, e-mailed me the report and I paid over the phone. He offered me an estimate to do the repair/replacement of 65ft of pipe. Price was competitive and the leaky pipe was replaced by a new re-routed water mains.

I would recommend Jeremy again.

I found Jeremy a pleasure to work with. I called Bullseye at noon, spoke to Jeremy about my need for leak detection and repair on my pool. Lucky for me, he had a cancellation and said he could be out in 45 minutes. Over the phone, he explained his charges and the process he would work through to detect the leak. He came to my home and found the leak within 30 minutes. Using dye, he was able to show me the leak, and it was very obvious it existed. He offered quotes for a temporary fix and a permanent fix. I opted for the temporary fix which he was able to complete on the spot. He was very clear in communicating he couldn't promise how long the temp fix would last, but I decided to go with it since my husband wasn't home and I felt the permanent fix was a discussion we needed to have. When I relayed this to Jeremy, he was very understanding, and I felt absolutely no pressure from him to book a repair date. I absolutely hate a hard sell, so I appreciated this about his manner. I will definitely call Jeremy when we are ready for the permanent fix. His quote for the job (considering what needs to be done) sounded very reasonable. Thank you, Jeremy!

First the good: Jeremy went around the entire pool with his listening device and located the leak in my swimming pool. The entire process was 30 minutes or less. Unlike another leak detection company that I used before, Jeremy was able to find the leak without injecting air into the system.

Jeremy sent another employee (Antonio?) to actually repair the leak. He quickly opened up the concrete and confirmed to me that the suspected leak location was indeed correct. The fix took about a days work. It was done nicely and the leak seems to be repaired.

Now the bad: Jeremy is not very responsive. I had a hard time scheduling my repair. I understand people are busy, but phone calls, texts, and emails should be returned. An appointment for repair work should be made possible even if it is a week or two from today. I shouldn't have to keep checking back to see if someone is available to work on my problem.

Overall, the work is good. If you just want leak detection service, I highly recommend Jeremy and Bullseye Leak Detection. If you need them to fix the leak too, you may have to be patient and may have to be persistent.

This guy always wants his money ahead of work. And he keeps pushing for it. For example, he didn't make a leak detection, but asked me to sign the paper that work was done. We agreed he would make sertain work and he kept asking me for money before the work was completed. The work was done really bad. Have to ask another guy to come and fix what wasn't done but was paid for (my stupid husband gave him a money without surveying completed work). My pool is all in a mess. They didn't clean behind. And this guy doesn't answer the phone call. We didn't have a quarrel.So he has no reson not to answer exept he knows he did a poor job.

Jeremy is polite but be aware of that he would try to make extra money off you in various ways.
He tried to extend the conversation to show that he 'worked' longer hours and charged more.

After several phone messages, Jeremy did finally return my call (so be persistent!) and came promptly and arrived on time. Jeremy was very nice and easy to talk to. He was also very professional and was up front about the fees, no guesswork. Jeremy found our leak right away! We should have called him weeks ago, and saved us digging and an increased water bill! My son was able to then fix the sprinkler pipe quite easily. Thanks Jeremy! Always nice to use a small family run business rather than the big box companies whenever possible.
