Excellent service. Very reasonable pricing. Explains everything & gets the job done in a timely manner.
I had a 25 year old furnace that needed to be replaced. I interviewed five companies. I decided to go with Bullseye because they had very competitive pricing lower than all four competitors and he could do the install very quickly. I also had issues with airflow in certain rooms of the house. Bullseye traced every duct and they found some dampers that were closed. now my house is warm and I am sure in the summer it will be cool. I did peek into Phills truck and every tool and all equipment was neatly stored and labeled. Any professional who maintains his equipment will take care of your equipment. Choose Bullseye I am glad i did!
Sarah N.Bullseye came out because we had no heat. They came out the same day and fixed the problem. They were really reasonable with their pricing.
Very unprofessional in speaking to my father. Talked to him like he was an idiot. Left us without heat for an entire night when clearly it says 24 hour service on his logo. It's freezing cold. I wouldn't be as upset if it wasn't so cold. Why would you advertise 24hr service if you're not going to provide it? Then Phil stated it was emergency only. Shouldn't you put that on your logo and sticker you put on the furnace? To us is was an emergency. No heat for an entire night in the middle of freezing cold weather.
Amy D.First of all, they are more affordable than the competition. ABC, Hank's and Stan's all charge $14 more for a service call. Casey and his team will come and diagnose for FREE and only charge you if you hire them for the repair. Casey offered same day service and even diagnosed (AND FIXED) my heating issue over the phone. Five Stars Indeed!!!!
I called Phil at Bullseye Heating when I had problems with the boiler in the house I just bought. He came out right away (in February on a weekend!!) and fixed the problem. His rate was very reasonable
and he didn't charge me extra for the ""lesson"" on the boiler system and what to look for! I will definitely call Bullseye again if I have any problems and I highly recommend them to all.
Charged me triple what any reputable company would have charged. He charged me 179.00 for a thermostat that cost 17.99 at Home Depot.
My experience with Bullseye goes back to the early 90s right after he began his business. Bullseye has been wonderful to us. When we first moved into the home I had People's Gas come to check our furnace in February only to have them shut it off as it was emiting carbon dioxide. Of course it was a Saturday and one of the coldest spells of the year. On Monday Bullseye was out and by Tuesday I had a new furnace installed. Approximately the mid 90s we decided to have central air installed and they managed that as well. They've been great with the yearly maintenance and any service calls being handled almost immediatley.
Bullseye has serviced my SIL's home and my parent's condo all with great satisfaction.
Now on our 3rd home I still only use Bullseye for my service. We had tried another company when we were in home #2 but rather than fix the problem they wanted us to purchase new units. Bullseye was able to repair our existing units and they worked like new.
I understand that not everyone will have the same exprience as I have, but Bullseye went to bat for us when we were having problems with our existing units in #3. Within three days I had all new units. Phil has never let us down. I always recommend him to anyone and I've yet to have an unhappy friend or family member with the service provided.
Natalie F.I had hired Phil about 2 years ago to repair a furnace. I had just moved in two days prior. We had also installed at the time, a humidifier. Go to today and on the 21st of Jan the coldest day of the year my furnace goes down in the middle of the night. I call Phil and left a message, I called another company and they came out withing two hours and upon inspection the line into the humidifier was frozen solid, the humidifier was leaking and had not been connected properly. The poor guy that came out just kept apologizing to me as he explained the numerous issues with the humidifier that Phil had installed and went point by point with me the issues so that I could see the outstanding issues.
I had handed him the receipt I had from Phil and he flipped when he saw how much I paid for it, the unit apparently is on the cheap end and has had various issues with them.
To be fair I have emailed Phil asking for the warranty on the work and the unit and no response.
Within 5 minutes of disconnecting the humidifier from the furnace the furnace fired up. I however do not have a humidifier anymore that I can use. Expensive lesson and pretty disappointing at the outcome.
