I called them out for service on 2-15-2020.
The guy that came out had an attitude before he even got out of his truck. First off he had the wrong space number, dont know how because we gave them the correct one. Then neighbors were pointing us out to him, and he starts yelling about the wrong number. Then I finally got him to the correct location and he has an attitude right when he gets out of the truck. I show him the issue and he is telling me something that I know is not true about the water heater, then he gets mad, says he cant help me the storms off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you dont want to work, then dont answer your phone and make appointments.
I will pay someone else that is professional.
