Nothing sucks worse then having a clogged pipes!!! Called them up after 5pm had a guy out in 20 minutes and an hour later no more clog...kitchen pipes put back with NO leaks!!! Mess cleaned!!! He was amazing!!! And the price was great!
I had Bulldog Rooter scope my sewer drain pipe. They found roots in the drain and suggested a high pressure water treatment to remove them. I was quoted about $1,000.00 for this service. Something didn't seem right so I did not have them do it. Plus, they left their dirty sewer gloves on top of my brand new washing machine. GROSS!
I called around and found that 3 other top plumbing companies in Spokane would never recommend the high pressure treatment because it wouldn't remove the roots, it would just 'clean' them off as they said. They told me plumbing companies usually quote that treatment because it is the most expensive. Needless to say, I had another company remove the roots for less than $250.00.
Burned twice I am DONE with Bulldog. we had an emergency with our downstairs drain backing up one evening. the guy that came out fixed the issue, he was rude and stated that since it was after hours he was not required to clean up the mess. second time, we had them come out 2 fix 2 things, remove an old disposal and run a pipe for our new fridge to have water. they fixed the disposal and gave us a quote for the work on the new ice box line. we were told that he would call us back the next day, as he did not have the box that goes in the wall. 5 days later we call them back and state we have not heard back from him. we were told he was looking for the unit and passed the job to a colleague who was supposed to call us back. finally, the secretary called us back hours later stating it would be another week before the work could be done. Time to call someone else..
had a clogged drain and called Bulldog plumbing, they sent a plumber right out, took him 5 hours to clear the line and the cost was 495.00 not to mention he took a poop in my bathroom. Two weeks later we had the same problem occur sent out another crew and the first plumbing had to wait until he could have help? so an hour and half later they showed back up. One of the plumbers tried stealing a silver dollar that was on my husbands work bench in the basement. My husband refused to pay them, said we would go to the office in the morning which we did and talked to the manager and he said we wouldn't have to pay for last nights service, and he couldn't do anything about the original charge....in my opinion that is bad business practice.
Kevin O.I would highly recommend Bulldog Rooter for plumbing needs. I will call them again if I need anything for sure. They called and let me know when to expect them and they were right on time. Not only did they change out the water heater, they also moved some pipe so it would fit better. They worked in the evening when I could be home so I didn't have to leave work early. Fabulous work and service. John was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Janet J.They arrived one hour early I've had a plug and main drain for a week but I didn't call him until yesterday we couldn't get out yesterday because of the holiday so they came today said between 11 and one I showed up at 10:30 courteous they looked at what I had the unclog the drain told me what kind of pipe it was that the pipe wasn't broken. I like him but I want to Fidelity home warranty. So I only had to pay $60 it really does pay to have a home warranty.
We just purchased a house and one of the things we asked the seller to do while we were negotiating was to have the drains cleared out. Once we moved in, we noticed the washer was (what we thought) leaking - thinking there is no way it could be the plumbing - they just had it cleared out. We had an appliance tech come out and showed me that it for sure was the plumbing and we watched the water over-flow out of the drain. My realtor emailed me the receipt from the seller so I went ahead and called Bulldog Rooter thinking for sure they'd send someone out to fix it - and apologize for the inconvenience. NOPE! The woman on the phone told me it wasn't under warranty and therefore we were out of luck! She said they could send another person out to do it again - but it would cost the same that it cost the sellers last month! Cannot believe it. Calling someone else.
Used them twice. Once was to just rough in a sink. It was over $1,200!! I see the bill and they say ""well 2 guys were on the job."" Hell, they should have sent 3 or 4. Then I didn't learn my lesson and called them for a sewer back up. Over $600 later it was still backed up. Can't wait to call them again when I get Alzheimer's.
Jeff R.We had some failry straight forward plumbing work to get completed but wanted to get an estimate first. We set up an apointment for Saturday morning between 9-10am. Shortly after 9am on Saturday we received a call from the plumber stating he would be there in about 15 minutes. He (Jon) surveyed the work and then asked if we wanted him to go ahead and do the work or just give an estimate. The price he gave us is right in the realm of what we thought it should cost and we had him go ahead and complete the work He was nice, hard working, and quick about his business. The work took about an hour and a half, including getting parts. We did not feel like we were gouged and it was friendly service. The best part of course is that repair was completed and worked better than the way it was set up before. I would definately call them again.
Carl B.We have used Bulldog rooter twice and have been disappointed both times. The first time they came out for a clogged main waistline. The service was quick and professional and we paid the bill in cash at the time of service. Then several months later we received a bill for $159 and 79 cents for the service we had already paid for. My wife called to try to get the billing issue resolved and the person she called was rude to her and insinuated we didn't pay the bill and that we needed to pay it. Luckily I had saved the invoice which indicated we had paid in cash. Still even with the invoice it took a year and a half and multiple phone calls for them to finally figure out that the bill had been paid at the time of service. I figured I would give them another chance and try them again when I had a main waist line clogged on another property, I figured if I didn't pay them in cash I wouldn't run into issues. I called them at 10:30 a.m. and left a message with my information as directed by an employee. 2 1\2 hours later I hadn't heard anything and I called to check on an ETA on when they would be out and was told roughly 3:30 p.m. At 7 p.m. they still hadn't shown up. They finally showed up around 8pm. It would've been nice if they would have communicated the delay so I could have let my tenants know not to hang out at the house all day. It took them two and a half hours to unclog the main line to a charge of roughly $390. Per my tenant they used the tenants garbage can to put all the waste into and then dumped it in the lawn. I will be using another company in the future, as this company seems very disorganized and doesn't seem to be concerned with customer service at all. Had I not hung on to my original receipt I would have been out an additional hundred and sixty dollars on a bill I already paid. This is the only rooter company I have used, so I can't recommend an alternative in Spokane yet.
