Jojon and Jeremy were amazing. I had a flood in a basement room that was discovered at 7 at night. They came out immediately took care of the problem and returned to do more,needed,work. They also contacted a restoration company who also came out that night. Can't recommend this company enough. I'll only have them as my plumbers!

Poorly organized!

No mail delivery for 3 plus days, no garbage/recycling pick up for 3 plus days. No exit or entrance for 5 plus houses.

We are a working family with 3 children in school, 3 vehicles that come and go regularly, several times daily due to work and school alone.

I personally spoke with both a member of the construction team/Bull Dog Rooter worker and the project manager of Bulldog Rooter, I was advised by the construction team, absolutely no entrance to my house with my vehicle. I also reached out to the project manager of Bulldog Rooter, they simply stated they provided the necessary info to the neighborhood.

Quote from the notice left on my door mid-afternoon on 5/28/24- ""We will be doing some construction work in your neighborhood 5/29 thru 5/31. Road closure"".


Our complete dead end/cul de sac is closed thru 5/31/2024 and most likely the weekend due to cement being laid Friday at some point- per Bulldog Rooter.

Notice of upcoming work was dated for 5/24/2024 but was not placed on my door until 5/28/24 mid- afternoon. Notice did not state the
extensiveness of the closure or a start time. Many of the houses have vehicles trapped in the cul de sac currently.

Fortunately, one neighbor approved cars to be parked on their property, past the construction site if you were able to get your vehicle out prior to the start of closure.

Proper notice, not the bare minimum would have stated the need to get any necessary vehicles out prior to start of construction. Not just 3 signs, which were blown down stating road closure. No other helpful information.

Almost feels like an evacuation hazard and medical emergency hazard. No ambulance can currently access the 5 homes past the construction site.

If you want out of this cul de sac, regardless of the reason you will be required to drive through a neighbor's yard, the neighbor that so graciously is allowing the vehicles to park on their property.

when they came out to clear the roots out of my pipes the fellow was super nice but it was way over priced. within a month I was flooding in the basement again. they wouldn't stand behind their work. they hemmed and hawed and said a supervisor could come look. The next company came and was very helpful to informative about how to proceed .

Johnny DeGraaf from Bulldog Rootr answered our call for a clogged drain which flooded two downstairs rooms. He did a fantastic job. He was careful. reassuring and very competent. An all around great person.

Jeremy of Bulldog Rooter performed maintenance on our water filtration system, replaced a utility sink faucet, replaced a kitchen sink faucet and installed a garbage disposal, and replaced the master bath toilet. He was knowledgeable, professional, was respectful of our home, and all work was exceptional! We would definitely call Bulldog Rooter again and request Jeremy do the work!

Call these guys if you need a plumber! All of their techs are friendly and knowledgeable! I wouldn't go to anyone else. They installed my softener system in a timely manor and did it with a smile. Affordable, friendly and quick! What else could you ask for out of a plumber? Thanks guys!!

My main bathroom tub was not draining. Bulldog rooter came out right away sending, Edward, a super kind and extremely knowledgeable service provider. The drain was fixed quickly and professionally. i definitely will use them again and ask for Edward!

We had a major backup and already had another plumbing company out. Called Bulldog, they came out and told me they cleared from the cleanout to the alley. Then he took the industrial snake to the basement to the cleanout down there. He told me he used the camera and it looked like the pipe either broke or broke and slipped, so he couldn't clean it out. He said a new piece of pipe installed with a new cleanout would be $5400! If he had actually used the industrial snake from the inside cleanout to the outside cleanout, the drain would be cleared. Instead I spent 3 months hauling raw sewage and waste water to the outside cleanout! Do your job Bulldog and quit trying to screw people! Teri McGinnis
