Charged me $190 for changing out 2 bathroom sink drains, $180 for clearing bathtub drain & $80 for augering toilet, but I did get the 10% senior discount. Big deal! Tech, JoJon was pleasant to deal with, but had to call a senior plumber a couple of times to ask questions. When I called to complain about total bill, Chris was rude. He would not even give me some $ off my bill. Guess being nice to your customers is a thing of the past & they don't care about repeat business! They have you sign an authorization form to do repair without giving you a price. I could have changed out the sink drains myself for $190. I will never use them again!

Horrible company. Thought things went well until technician failed to show up for a scheduled follow-up appointment. When I called to ask why, the two women I spoke with said he denied making the appointment. If there's one thing I cannot tolerate in a business, it's dishonesty.

Had a late in the afternoon toilet blockage did the plunger thing no good, did the Drano thing no good, used my homeowner no good, I believe my wife's care givers had flushed non flush-able wipes The only toilet my wife can use. Called Bulldog rooter around five PM they could have someone between 6:30 and 8:30. JJ called around 8:30 and told me his job was running longer than expected and he could not get me until 9:30 or so and did I want him to come this late. I answered sure and in around a half hour later he was at the door. He had the right tools and with some grunting and groaning had the toilet working like new. Before he started he gave me an estimate when he was finished the bill was as estimated with an added senior discount.. JJ was pleasant, efficient and did all the face mask gloves and boot covers things. I will use them for any future plumbing work I might have. Plesant experance would give six stars if I could.

Needed emergency plumbing help on the Sunday during Presidents Weekend. Yikes! Had no water for the house or the farm animals. Bulldog Rooters said a plumber would come out a few hours after I called. Ernie arrived as stated. The repair was done expertly. The charge was reasonable. My leaky pipe was fixed within the hour of his arrival. My water was back on in no time. Ernie was prompt, pleasant and professional. He left the area of concern spotless. I give Bulldog Rooters 5 stars, 2 thumbs up! I was VERY pleased with this service and HIGHLY recommend them.

Had a terrible experience with bulldog rooter in Spokane and would not recommend them. Although they have some descent reviews, they are sending young guys out that have little expereince with basic things. Our bathtub was draining into the toilet and flooding. We thought it might be tree roots that need to be augered. I had just had the toilet fixed the day before and told them not to go through the toilet. The roof was the only option. He did not listen and went through the toilet. He broke the flaunge an wanted me to pay for it. they said it was old and not his fault. We had our handy man come over and speak to the manager. Things got ugly and Tim the manager is a bully. We agreed they would pay to fix the toilet. Next they said that sludge had accumulated and needed to be power washed for 1300. It took them over 8 hours to do since they backed up my entire house with sludge. Everything in my bathroom was knee deep in sludge. electric toothbrushes, flat irons, medicine, make up. I did not get reimbursed for nothing. There was a 70 dollar charge on my bill that should not be there and Tim, the manager wont take my calls or credit me for this 70 dollar charge. My only option is to share my experience.

I've used Bulldog Rooter numerous times for my rental. If you need a drain snaked or a leak fixed, they're great. But I had a small need for a plumber in my home and it was awful. I had purchased two faucets for my kitchen and master bath. All they had to do was install them. They did... and charged me $835. That's WAY too much, especially when one of them looks like this.

Too expensive for no results. Snaked drain said it was all clear. tech Left, overflowed again within minutes. Came back tried snaking again then said pipes were blocked and need replaced for 1700. By the way this house is only 600sq ft, pipe would only be a small section. Won't call here again.

What can I say we should probably be buying these guys Christmas gifts at this point, our 1955 house has needed some plumbing care over 2.5 years, literally 6 times I think. Everyone from their staff has been fast to get out here and did a great job. No problems with their work whatsoever. And we have had new sink faucets put in, shower switched out, cleaned the lines, little leaks, old pipe burst and a garbage disposal added. You can trust these guys.
