Right before a 90+ degree day, one of our air conditioning units stopped working. My wife and I thought we'd need a whole new unit and would be in for days without a/c.

Called Bulldog HVAC and they came the next morning and had us back up and running in about an hour. That was a huge relief and the quick turnaround was greatly appreciated.

My 6 year old GE heat pump water heater quit on a Friday morning. My wife had to be at Massachusetts General Hospital for tests in the morning. Froze my butt off but got it done. Later that day when we got home I found Bulldog plumbing with some great reviews.Its now Friday afternoon so I gave him a call and left a message. Not long after Jim called, I explained the problem and he says d he'd come by around 4 that night. Four o'clock on the nose he was there,tested it to make sure it was bad and confirmed it was. Had nothing but problems with it in 6 years. I asked Jim how soon he could replace it.Jim asked if 9 AM the next morning, a Saturday would be ok. 9 o'clock Saturday on the nose he was there with new unit and accessories and I was back up and running by 11AM. All cleaned up, old unit gone and lots of hot water. I highly recommend Jim and Bulldog for all your plumbing needs. I couldn't be more happier. All in less then 24 hours from call. My hot water heater started leaking and I looked on Yelp for a plumber and noticed Bulldog plumbing had great reviews. I called and Jim was at my house in less than an hour. He gave me a couple options and he was at my house before 8am the following day with my new water heater. He had my hot water heater replaced and the old tank removed in less than 90 minutes. I was very happy with the service and attitude of Jim and I plan on using Bulldog again for any plumbing needs.

I called Bulldog on a Sunday night and they returned my call the next morning right away. He showed up early Monday (which was a holiday) and was able to fix our pipe that was leaking water within an hour. He was very professional, efficient and helpful. Very reasonably priced. Jim is fantastic, reliable,professional and extremely helpful. He is very patient to answer my questions using simple and clear language that the layman like me can understand easily. He helped me to write down the name of items and the sizes of filters that I need to get from Homedepot so I would not have to pay to have him out. It's rare have people like him these days. I called bulldog about an issue I was having with my current boiler. He returned my phone call within 30 minutes and made an appointment for the next day and showed up exactly when he said he would. Jim came out and advised me I needed a new boiler. He spent an hour on the phone with the boiler manufacturer And was able to get the old one covered under warranty. He Installed the new one 2 days later. Came in and worked a full day and cleaned up all the old materials and trash. He alsos told me about a rebate from MassSave so the boiler cost me next to nothing. Definitely recommend him! Thanks for the great service.
