Was sleeping and heard the water turn on late at night. Irritated at the though that the teenager carelessly woke us up so she could shower, i walked upstairs to let her know of my displeasure. Got to the bathroom upstairs and...well...no one was there. That was odd. I went outside to see if the sprinklers were on and they were so, i turned them off. Problem solved. Went back to bed but the noise was still there. That noise you hear when showers, sprinklers, toilets, and anything else that has water through it, is on. It was getting louder. Went back into my bathroom only to see water filling up on the floor! Uh oh. Found the problem. Busted pipe under the floor. Turned off the main line and went to bed, hoping i could find a plumber the next day.
Called a couple of plumbers and left messages. Bulldawg had voicemail and gave me the option of texting. I texted and left a message. Texted me right back. Asked me a couple of qualifying questions and said he'd be there at 2:00 that same day. Was right on time. Saw immediately what the problem was. Was professional. Was thorough. Was efficient and was fair. Also didn't mind my dogs in the house! (I think they are dog friendly plumbers!)
If you've got something broken and need it fixed, call them if you want it done right, on time and on budget.

My husband and I recently purchased a second (summer) home in Red Bluff. As we are getting settled we noticed the outside faucets leaked, the hall bath sink faucet leaked as well. I called Bulldawg plumbing and they responded quickly. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. What I didn't care for was Laura parking her van in my driveway and then both she and Scott (her husband) leaving to go and get parts and be gone for at least an hr. I texted them as to their status and they said they were just leaving Home Depot. Since my jeep was in my garage and their van parked in my driveway and they never asked if it was ok to leave the van there I was a little disappointed that they blocked me in. I take it they went to lunch as they were gone for quite some time. I can't complain about their work the leaks are gone/ the faucet doesn't leak and their prices are reasonable. I will call them back if I have more plumbing problems. I did like that they kept in touch via text message but I should not have had to text them to find out their eta return time back to my home and they should have asked if they could park their van in my driveway as I would have said no please park in the street as there is/was ample street parking. Very nice couple.

Very nice people, however missed appointment the first day, they were 1 hour late the next day. Then showed up and talked on the phone for 30 minutes, worked on my issue for 25 minutes then informed me my problem was unfixable and charged me for 2 hours because he drove from Red bluff and I had to pay for his drive to and from which I was not informed of.

Thank you Bulldawg Plumbing!! Wonderful people, quick response time and they easily fixed the problem for me. I feel confident I can call them anytime - even just to ask questions! If I ever have any problems I know they'll be the best people for the job. Thanks!

Laura and Scott reviewed our plumbing issue promptly and methodically. They explained the issue, which was pretty complicated and gave us alternative and professional alternatives. They explained it really well so that I could feel confident that I knew what was going on. We have an old house and that also made it more difficult. They did a great job for a fair price. I hope you will give them a call next time you need a plumber.

Great service and fantastic value. We've used him about 3 times now from sewer line, water heater, and gas line issue. Scotty is one of those reliable ethical guys that if I were to leave my wallet with him for a year, I'd probably find *more* money in it at the end. He genuinely cares that your system works before leaving the job. He's earned my trust and I'm all to happy to refer him to all my neighbors and friends. Well done, sir.

My experience with Bulldawg wasn't so great. After first coming out to check my leaky kitchen faucet, I was told the supply line for my faucet had a ""pinhole leak"". I was told that the supply line was not available, and I would have to replace the entire kitchen faucet?? I really objected to this notion, as the kitchen faucet style was the same throughout the entire house. I was then told he would do further research and see if he could locate a replacement supply line. I then waited several weeks as my kitchen leaked and leaked... until I finally called and left messages to no avail. I then emailed him, and finally received a reply stating he was still trying to located a hose for me, and forwarded an email to me he had sent to his supplier. I waited even longer, and eventually my emails were not returned. I finally had to call another plumber when I had a pending large party planned and absolutely needed a functioning sink.

This is the 2nd time we've had them out. Last time was two years ago and they were great then. Very nice and efficient team. They cleaned our kitchen and bathroom drains for $90 which I think was a great price for both drains. Worked fast and were friendly throughout. I'll definitely hire them again when the time comes.

Hello again! We had a couple of issues with our plumbing... again. Roots in the line are a constant irritation for this one bathroom household of 3!!! We called Scott at Bulldawg Plumbing and they came through for us again with flying colors. It is nice that they go out of their way to help you with the issue but that Scott and Laura are so nice about it makes it even better. We even enlisted their service to fix a nasty hot water leak that had become a stream and was wasting valuable water and making our PG&E bill go through the roof! They again came out around our work schedule and did a wonderful job. Fast, courteous, friendly, professional AND reasonable. What a deal! Thanks Scott and Laura! We WILL be calling you again!

I purchased a rental home in Chico and as soon as my daughter and her roommates moved in we had a plumbing problem right away. When they used the water, it was gurgling in the pipes and The home warranty company contacted Bulldawg Plumbing. It turned out to be a major problem with roots in the main sewer line ... and roots weren't covered by my warranty service. I usually do homework when getting help, but after speaking to Scott I felt comfortable with their knowledge and abilities. It didn't hurt that we share the same last name! Not related though! I went ahead and had them do the work since the tenants couldn't use the water until it was done. I was very impressed with Scott and Laura from A to Z. They were very timely and gave me priority to get the water past the clog. They noticed recent work on the pipes that indicated this had been a problem before I bought the house. It wasn't disclosed in my home purchase, so they helped me further by writing a letter explaining this so I could use it with the prior owner. We may not be related, but they treated me like family. Great people, great knowledge and there when you need them. Can't be any better than that! Thanks Scott and Laura!
