My bathroom sink wouldn't drain and after they fixed it the pipe under the bathroom sink leaked. I called and they came out again to fix that. Finally it was fixed so would have been happy but they charged me for two service calls. Also they didn't replace the leaking pipe they just refastened it which stopped the leak so I don't think they fastened right the first time. Unfair disonest and I won't call them again.

We paid their service fee to come out and help us find out why our hot water heater was leaking with the water to it being off. When they got there all the water to the house was off, but when they left they assured us that the water to the house could be left on and it would be ok. A couple days later we returned to water everywhere! I called them back to have them assess the damage and they assured me that this damage was partially their fault and I would hear back from them with a solution within the next few days. Days passed and no word so I called back and was hung up on twice. Before he hung up he wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise he just kept repeating the same statement. Moral of the story, better hope they keep their word and fix/check things out right the first time because they won't take responsibility of their actions and help fix Their mistakes.

Bull Ridge Plumbing is incredible. We had a major plumbing problem, couldn't use either bathroom for over a month. Had 2 different plumbers come out to fix and both said nothing more they could do. Bull Ridge came out and worked until they fixed the problem. Their dedication was incredible! Thank you very much. My family can now use the bathroom and not have to use the porta-potty I rented or find someplace else to shower.

Cody was amazing! I had an emergency, he showed up within the hour, had a solution, was extremely helpful and professional, and fixed my water leak before he left. Will definitely use him again!

I have used Bull Ridge Plumbing and Heating for plumbing issues three times since Mar. 2020. I dealt with two other companies in town and was not satisfied. Bull Ridge has always been professional and on time, reasonably priced, and produced good results. My home is an older home with older pipes; this is the company I trust to call for anything regarding plumbing.

They cleaned my water heater and it broke again after a month. So they came out for a second visit to tell me my hot water needed replaced and to give me an estimate. So I called them on Monday morning to schedule an appointment and she said she would call me back after she talked to the guys. Waited all day and no call, so called Merritt Plumbing Tuesday morning and they said they'd be out that afternoon and that they didn't want my family to be without hot water, which they did a great job and for a great price!! Then on Wednesday, I receive a voice mail from Bull Rdg Plumbing that they will be at my place Friday at 10 to install the water heater. So I called them back and cancelled. About 5 minutes after cancelling, they call me and this time it is Andrea accusing me of not calling them back and they were charging my card $95 again for the second visit. Andrea was very rude. Awful experience, waste of time and money.

i had a clog going to my septic and water backed up in my basement at 9 pm bull ridge came in 15 minutes and cleared it and at an amazing price! i would never call anyone else!

Dave came right out and was able to stop the running water in my crawl space.

Not really impressed with this company after a house inspection was done in late March to purchase a home. Wished I would of picked another company. The didn't finish all the work as scheduled and only came back when there was complaint put in. Left a mess and still have a leaky shower head. I would not recommend this place to homeowner.
