Bull City Plumbing is always my first call for my plumbing needs and emergencies. My house was built 100+ years ago, so some of the plumbing updates have been *creative* to say the least, and Bull City Plumbing has always been able to either help me or refer me to another reputable company if they don't have the availability! As a first time homeowner, I am still working to find trusted professionals who are knowledgeable and fair, and I very much lucked out that my first call was to Bull City Plumbing--they've been FANTASTIC to work with and have been able to recommend other professionals that I've since worked with. Horrible phone customer service. I needed one part for a valve and they were no help whatsoever. She made it clear they don't sell any parts ($$$ grab) and refused to help recommend where I may be able to find them. Just rude and totally disrespectful. Never doing business here.

I can't say enough about Trey and his team at BUll City Plumbing. Since we moved to Durham in 2016, the company has provided us with the best prices and service that you can ask for from a Plumbing company. Owning an older home presented a few challenges, and we had to do things like replace the entire pipe system in our mid-century house. Doing that was a breeze with the BCP. We can't say enough about their quality work, extensive knowledge, and reasonable pricing.

We had a few minor things that we needed addressed. We had tried calling several recommendations prior to calling Bill City plumbing due to Yelp reviews. Unlike our prior experience, we were able to get an appointment quickly. Trey was prompt, efficient and completed the job. We've had no issues with the repair. We will definitely use Bull City Plumbing for future repairs.

Trey, the Owner, was ultra-attentive on this project, which involved the replacement of the leaking Honeywell valve on my water heater. He was honest and up-front, obtained the warranty part from the appropriate vendor, practiced Covid precautions, and was price-competitive. He will be returning soon to replace my outdoor hose bibs.

I requested quotes through Yelp to repair a leak and I got 2 responses. One company had a 2 stars and the other one one was Bull City with over 4 stars so I definitely opted by contacting the safest option. They were very prompt to set an appointment. They charge $45 for the diagnostics but As long as you proceed with the work then they will make that part of the fee.
He was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and he immediately went to get the parts he needed. It's not a large company so the owner is also the plumber, he was a really nice guy ( too bad I can't remember his name ). When he left to get the parts he even offered to bring back donuts if I wanted !! (. Too bad I was on a diet !! ). Anyhow he came back and repaired my tub fairly quickly to stop the leak. In addition to the leak I told him that the water was running really slow in the master bathroom's faucet and he just went ahead and fixed it for free. I am very satisfied with the service and will call them again for any future needs.
