My sump pump motor broke and Bukowski came right out and replaced it. They were not that ones who installed it origionally, but they came and put a new one in and it works great. Then I called them back (Robert), and had them run a new line for me (pvc) to redirect the water from the sump pit into another location. They work fast, and its quality. Very happy I met them and will call them back in the future!

I called and made an appointment to fix a sunken under the counter kitchen sink. Robert and assistant came in a timely fashion and did the repair in and efficient and professional manner.
I am more than satisfied with the services of Robert and his assistant. I would not hesitate recommend Bukowski Plumbing anyone who asked me for a plumber.

Thank you for such responsive and excellent service. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. My tenant called me on a Sunday complaining of a toilet leaking from the first floor into the basement. I called Bukowski Plumbing and spoke to Robert. They arrived at the house at the agreed upon time, repairs were completed perfectly, and the price was fair. I'm so happy I called Bukowski Plumbing, they are now my new plumbing service!

Customer service is lacking with this company. I spoke to an older man who gave me an estimate. When I called the next day to get more info. and to clarify some things on the estimate he was rude to me and hung up on me. I was prepared to hire them to do the work in my home, but I decided to go with another company, because I don't give my money to people with no customer service skills, and you shouldn't either.
