I received my NC plumbing license in the summer of 2006 and started the business that October. I aimed to establish a company that stood apart from the negative stereotypes I associated with plumbers;... deceitful, dirty, and with their ""butt-crack"" visible while damaging property to increase costs for the customer. Not here! The vision I had was the cornerstone of my company: to build a business that reflects; character, value, pride, honesty, hard work,... Trust! These values embody the traditional... ""If you do a job right the first time, you won't need to do it again"" mindset. My father instilled that in me! I stand by our mission and enjoy my role as a licensed plumber. You deserve more than a cheap plumber. We provide top-quality work and charge reasonable rates for our services. Come experience the difference we can make. We anticipate ""Serving Your Plumbing Needs, While Building Trust with You,... Our Customer!""

I had a pipe leak in our crawl space from the kitchen drain. I used building trusts on line appointment tool and Jason called the next morning to review his schedule and he came out late morning and made a great repair. Payment was also on line and easy. I'll call them again.

I reached out to Building trust Plumbing as we had a toilet that had a small leak around the base of the bowl and the floor. Thinking it was the wax seal and simply not wanting to mess it up, I asked for a quote and agreed to their rate. Jason came out and replaced the wax seal.

But I noticed the toilet still leaking just a day later. This was on a Saturday and I tried calling and got a voicemail (ok they are closed) fine. So I sent a follow up email figuring I'd hear back on Monday. Instead I got a reply almost right away saying: that's strange that should not be the case. Which yes I would agree since you said you fixed it.

After several attempts to get Jason to come back I stopped payment and then got a reply. Jason came back and looked further to find out we had leaky bolts in the top of the part of the toilet. He apologized and said normally he checks everything but failed to do so in this case.

Then provided me a bill almost equal to what the first bill was even though he failed to check and complete the proper repair. So I've paid it and let it go but I want the story out there.

You may have a great experience where everything is checked and fixed proper or you may end up with an order taker. That ends up with a bill for a small leak that you could have had a whole new toilet for. I don't know most of the reviews are quite good. Take your shot.

We had a kitchen faucet problem, and Jason helped us to get the part for free under warranty. In every step he focused on treating us fairly, being up front, and figuring out the best solution for us.

Best In Plumbing 'BUILDING TRUST PLUMBING' in Indian Trail, North Carolina and the surrounding areas.

Mr Jason, the owner, happened to be My Neighbor and I recently had a water leak behind my refrigerator.

I contacted Mr Jason, soon after I learned/discovered the leak, He quickly was able to trace the problem.

I later learned that I had flood damage, sub-flooring, floor damage, sheet rock, cabinets.

I had to redo my whole kitchen including counter tops, painted the whole first floor.

Building Trust Plumbing did an outstanding plumbing job and his Plumbers where clean and professional.

Thank You, Mr Jason and Building Trust Plumbing Crew.

Neighbor recommended Building & Trust when my water heater went out unexpectedly. The owner Jason was quick to respond to my inquiry, answered all my questions and was able to get a new heater installed in 2 days. Clean installation as well. Very happy. Would recommend.

I rarely do reviews, but every blue moon I am inspired. Jason and Brian are the nicest guys in the world. Jason and Brian both care about doing a quality job for the customer. The name of this company is literal; it truly fits these two gentlemen and they really do ""build your trust."" I have been ripped off too many times over the past 16 years in my house, by other local companies. I have had quite a few plumbing repairs of late and they have done a fantastic job thus far. I had a water main break and it was leaking down the street from my front yard. It was very disconcerting. With all he has going on, Jason came the next day for me, and called American Leak to help find it fast. It was repaired by Jason during all the heavy rain we had. I was sort of crabby that day because I was so stressed out, but neither of these guys took it personally and did us such a great job. THANK YOU JASON FOR THAT!!!! A non-universal spigot had to be replaced in my 2nd bathroom with a tub/shower, so the wall had to be cut out in the hallway. They are finishing that up now, but Brian replaced the spigots and did a GREAT job! My main water shut-off valve stopped working properly; Jason replaced that and now it is SO EASY to turn. My hot water tank in my attic had to be drained and Jason also flushed that out and got all of the black crud from the water break. They are doing a few other jobs in my 16 year old house forthcoming and I have NO reservations. I have truly lost faith in repairmen; i.e. a plumber that I hired from Angie's list a few years ago, sent a part-time cabinet maker, with no license, to my house to repair a thermo-coupler on a hot water tank that was still under warranty. Union county came to inspect it and it was not lit. They told me the guy installed it wrong and Union County condemned it. We in-turn had to buy a brand water heater, after paying this plumber to repair and waiting seven days on the part he did wrong! Ask plumbers for their licenses; anyone afraid to tell you that (public) information, has something to hide for sure!! I did not know until after he had no license when I called this privately owned company. My point is you have to be careful these days; Jason and Brian have renewed my faith that possibly, maybe there is indeed honest and good people left in the world; they're a rarity. I highly recommend Building Trust Plumbing for any plumbing needs; they really are good; they have been nothing but honest. Men who have in-tact integrity in 2015, deserve to be in a thriving business. Thank goodness for the first time since buying my first home in the 90's; I will never have to change plumbers again!

Caution - Get a estimate before they make your plumbing repair. My invoice was over $280. Non-emergency service fee, $185. The parts have the expected high mark-up. Wow, that's a high service fee for only 40 mins of work!!!
It's replaced but I will NOT use them again.
The bill comes to your email the next business day. I asked for an adjustment & their response, ""We don't advertise to be the least expensive plumbers in town"". Building Trust, Only if you want to overpay!!! Don't make my mistake --- Get an estimate first.
