Oz came out to replace a sink facet and ending up finding a gas leak- so he basically saved my life! He and I talked about updating to a tankless water heater. He told me about a variety of popular brands and his opinion of them. We selected a model together and I bought it online and had it shipped here.

He arrived on time with an assistant and spent all day getting that sucker in so we could have hotwater that day. He removed the old tank and did a nice job cleaning up. His rates are fantastic- I thought it would be years before I could afford this energy saving update. I am so pleased!

Oz did a fantastic job installing a new shower valve and diverter in our 100 year old bathroom, working with tile that was the same age. Very skilled and takes his time to visualize the whole project before he starts. He's a gem.

I have used Oz for various plumbing repairs and installations. He is timely, professional, and knowledgeable about what he does. He always makes sure to explain everything to me first before he does any work. I've used him to disconnect plumbing and reconnect for our kitchen remodel, as well as re-run a gas line for a new range. He was even able to run venting for a new kitchen hood.

I use him time and time again and he's always reliable.
