Our toilet had a leak at the pipe connection on the floor. They came out and fixed it in less than an hour. They replaced the bad parts with new parts. Great job! The worker was very helpful and nice. Will recommend to my friends and everyone else who needs plumbing work done.Thanks.

I literally just had the best plumbing experience of my life! Called on Sunday and explained my problem. Got an answer back with a time and cost very quickly and set up an appointment for Monday afternoon. Got a call Monday morning asking me if I was available for them to come earlier than expected. Got my new garbage disposal installed and the cost was exactly what I'd been told. No surprises or added expenses. So amazing to find such an honest and fair company to take care of me and my house.

We were experiencing problems with warm water filling our toilets and causing a mold build up and mixing and maintaining the correct amount of hot and cold water in our showers.We had several other plumbing companies attempt to solve problem by replacing parts but nothing changed. On the first call the Buford rep. explained the problem and ordered the parts to fix it.He came back very soon with the parts and installed them with a minimum clean up required. Excellent work by a well qualified technician.

Their was a minor problem with the job, and they came back and fixed it for free, The plumber Dave was great and he wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied with everything. Let's start with the amazing Jane. She basically moved heaven and earth to help with a sudden kitchen plumbing issue (a sink backup, which is no fun). And, speaking of heaven, she sent two angels to manage the matter: Josh and Bob. These guys are rock stars: Thorough, informative, efficient and polite. They identified the drainage issue in a heartbeat, and took care of it in just about the same timeframe, without sacrificing quality. The bill was very fair for the work done, and I would call on Buford again in the future, no question.

Another plumbing company has been my go to for plumbing needs since I bought a house in Springfield 6 months ago. I continued to use them because I was happy with their services but then last weeks EPIC snowstorm hit bursting pipes all over town, and unfortunately the sewage pipe in my house was one of them. My other company was booked out for several weeks with no available eta but said they would call me if something became available.

So I started calling around and came upon Bufords number on Yelp. They said like all of the other plumbers in town they were booked out but would have the owner swing by ASAP to assess the situation as if it an easy fix they would try to handle it if time permitted. Josh came out and went over the situation. He came by the next day and evaluated the burst pipe and clogged sewage line without charging me for anything. Unfortunately it was not going to be an easy fix, so he couldn't do it that day but said he would try to schedule me the following week. He suggested calling my other plumbing company back and telling them exactly what the problem was he had diagnosed to see if it would help them be able to schedule me sooner as knowing exactly what the problem was tells them how long it would take them to do the job, and he said he had worked with the other company before and highly recommended them if they could do the work before he could.

My other company was able to schedule me a few days later with this knowledge and fixed the issues, but before I could call Buford back to tell them the issue was fixed they called me first to ask if I had resolved the problem and said that they would squeeze me in this week if it hadn't been resolved. So while they didn't actually fix the burst pipe they did drop everything to get out here and diagnose it for free, advised me I was using another great company if they could do the work before they could, and then followed up to make sure it was handled or schedule me in. This following a storm when literally hundreds of houses and business had broken pipes throughout town and they were not lacking for business by any means.

Great service and follow through, honest business practices and integrity throughout. I still have my other company which I use, but Buford is now on my saved contacts as my backup should the need ever arise. If you don't have a plumbing company give Buford the business as they will work for it. Thanks guys!

We called josh at 730 last night and he was here first thing this morning to look at our water issue.
He was able to find the issue and have it fixed within an hour and half. We are very thankful to have someone who heard our concerns and respond so quickly. He did a wonderful job. We will be using him for everything in the future.
